Exceptional Service! My son and coworkers were at a stand still on a job where they needed holes drilled into a sheet of glass for a countertop. After numerous calls to different Glass Companies who couldn't do it. They went to Ottawa Glass, holes were drilled and they were in and out in 20 minutes. Will definitely add them to our contact list and will highly recommend them in the future!

I ordered four pieces of glass went all the way there and only one piece of glass was prepared for me. I ordered that glass a full week in advance. I gave the woman my phone number but she copied it down incorrectly. I informed her that I would not be able to pickup the order during the week, so I will pick it up that Saturday. But not even that simple order and instructions they could have gotten correct. They just wasted my time.

I needed glass cut for a curio cabinet. They did an amazing JOB. Looks even better than the factory one that was in there before. Absolutely would recommend 100 times over. This is my second time using them and have never been disappointed.

John Wise from Ottawa Glass came on September 30th, 2022 to measure for the glass enclosure for the shower. He informed us that we would have it installed in three weeks. We never received the estimate so we had to phone the store, they informed us that he had left on holidays for two weeks without doing the estimate.We had to phone again the store to get our estimate. Finally, received an estimate on October 17th, 2022 and we accepted and made a deposit on October 18th, 2022.On October 31st, after asking again, we received a receipt for the deposit of 50% . There was never any information on the order and we had to phone the store repeadetley to inquire as to the status of the order.After one such phone call in late December, we were informed that the order had come in and that the installation would be the next day. The next morning, we received a phone call informing us that the glass was broken and that they had to order another one. (We asked the new company that installed our enclosure to see if it often occured that the glass received was broken and they confirmed that it is was really rare).On January 19th, we still hadn't received our order so we asked for a refund which they promptly did.We hired another company and three weeks after their estimate, the shower enclosure was installed.We feel that the service was sub par and the communication inexistant.I

I was very pleased with the staff and the work done! The Granddaughters bedroom had a broken pane of glass in her window. I was warned that the frame may be discoloured by the replacement process but was pleased to see that the window pane looks great. They exceeded my expectation’s!!

Went to their work place today and dealt with John Wise. It was just a small job I needed but that did not alter their excellent service and interest in helping out. I have had work done in the past and have always been pleased. Highly recommend.Greg Scott

You truly find out about persons character when things don't go perfectly to plan. Sometimes life throws you a curve ball and then you find out who you are dealing with. John went above and beyond (even though he had no obligation) to help us out. His dedication and craftsmanship is second to none. Highly recommend. Thank You John.
