Nacora International Insurance Brokers

This is the absolute worst insurance brokers that I have ever had the misfortune of encountering in all my 20 plus years of driving. To do something as simple as an address change you have to hound them and they never get back to you in under 2 days unless you constantly email and phone them on a loop. They act as if you need them and not the other way around. My recommendation is avoid them at all cost!

The absolute worse. Call, phone rings out. You're asked to leave your information and agent will return your call. You do as is requested, no call back. Repeat the process several days after, same result. For agents in service industry, it's appalling that these brokers don't care about their clients. Still waiting for the call back by the way.

Have used nacora for insurance since 2007 for a beauty business no claims ever only more experience with less risk in my opinion. Two increases in last 3 years. And now in times of crises because of Covid -19 and not making any income, I was offered little, no holds until I’m up and running . To make it worse another increase when I renew!! Not happy I would never recommend nacora. Why do I have to pay when I don’t have anything to insure ? Cut some slack nacora. You can’t get blood from a stone.

Poor service

Miscalculation in premium cost us a few thousand over the course of a year. We have switched brokers for our commercial line, however the customer service was satisfactory.

I have to say that Tara Capetola who works for the sales is probably the most condescending insurance broker I have ever talked to. She was rude and mean from the get go. When I confronted her about her behavior she gave half hearted apologies and was chuckling in the background. She was unprofessional and hung up the phone on me. I have to say the rest of the team does not behave in such a manner. Saima Namdar, was professional and courteous throughout the call. Tara called me from her personal cell phone as well, probably so that her call could not be recorded for quality assurance" services. I doubt posting this review will get her reprimanded but if you are someone who talked to Tara and experienced such "quality" you should not be treated in this manner and I feel sorry for the company that she represents.I have to say that I was not rude or condescending towards her at all but I did call her back to confront her after she hung up. She was condescending

Very POOR service and unprofessional stuff. They never call you back and you have to demand for assistance that they must to provide. For example i requested claims history they never respond for my request. Awful service.
