I brought my ring here for repair. This is the second repair as It had to be sized bigger by another jeweller and it cracked within two weeks of this being done. Upon entering this business, John introduced himself and had me sit down and was very informative about many fascists of his business and should you choose this business for any of your jewellery needs you will find “old school” skills. The whole experience was nothing short of excellence from start to finish. The ring was repaired and I have no concerns. I came for a ring repair and I will be back here again for my next purchase. Be it a ring, bracelet, watch, earrings to name a few.This is a honest business and I recommend this as a one stop shop jewellery store.Thank you John for your expertise and the nothing short of exceptional service. Friendly staffs and decent customer service, however, the value I was offered for selling my ring is the lowest among all the places I’ve been to -- like 30%~35% lower.

Beautiful selection at reasonable prices. I went in looking to replace my Wedding ring. I let the staff know my price range & I was provided with several wonderful options. I had trouble deciding so the sales lady helped me out. I’m so happy with my purchase & it comes with a certificate & lifetime warranty on the diamonds. Got it resized as well. Purchased a solid gold herringbone chain from Johnnie and it is literally one of the most beautiful pieces I own. The price was incredibly reasonable too. Shipping was also quick, I managed to receive it the next day! I would definitely suggest you check out his shop first as all his pieces are incredibly unique!

Do your homework people, shop around. Johnnie offered us $700.00 less for our items then we got somewhere else. Then after talking 45 minutes about himself and diamonds he tries to charge us $20.00 for an appraisal fee, that's when it got interesting. No mention of a fee and for what, to listen to him talk about himself? Don't go here to sell your items! There are many other places to go that will treat you fair and pay you what your items are worth! If I could leave zero stars I would.
