remote start for my vehicle was installed without a hood safety switch, almost resulted in losing fingers due to family grabbing my spare remote thinking it was for the other vehicle and the truck cranked over while i was working in the front of the engine. when i asked why this feature wasn't installed he said it wasn't because too many problems come from the hood switches.... guess he values his time more than he values his customers safety. i also asked for a price to install another remote starter in another vehicle and i never heard back.don't waste your time and don't expect to be heard when you have a safety issue with an installation.

We've been a customer for years.Brought our last 3 service vans in for alarm / starters and the last 2 for after market audio, as well, to add much needed blue tooth hands free. Very knowledgable and proffessional. You don't get this kind of technical experience from big box stores with high staff turnover.

Went in to see what was wrong with my command start and found out that I had just bumped the safety toggle switch to off. He also programmed an additional remote for me which was much appreciated. All in all it was a good experience.

I have never dealt with someone so rude before. The older man at the front desk did not even seem like he wanted to help me. he wouldn't let me explain my situation at all to try and help or suggest what i can do. He did not listen to me and thought he knew it all. i was absolutely disgusted with my experience.

Had all the parts other stores said weren't possible to purchase outside of dealing with the manufacturer and didn't rake me through the coals for pricing on my parts I'd go deal with them more then once

Poor customer service

Guy I talked to this week was rude and talked like he doesn’t want to help. Doesn’t give you the price you want for command start installation even after providing him with all the information about my vehicle want to give this rating zero. Positive comments on this site were probably from employees

My go-to place for remote starters. I've never had an issue or problem. I find them very knowledgeable.

Never got back to me with prices and does not offer any help
