An amazing experience! Tyler was very professional and came for a consultation where he explained what I could expect from his services in terms of what he would do and what he charged. He came and cleaned our siding and windows so well - I felt like I had a new house afterward! He even did the glass rail on our deck! Tyler also gave me some helpful tips on how to care for our siding in the future. Awesome company!

Bowtie power washing cleaned my fence, house, and driveway and I could not be happier. It was so nice to see a professional contractor show up and do exactly what he said? for exactly what he quoted. Even though there were tough spots for them to clean, they got it all including stripping years old paint off areas of the fence. If you need power washing this is the company to use!!!!!

We hired Tyler to wash our two-story home. Not only did he offer us a great deal, he took the time to explain what he was doing and what we could expect. He covered and pre watered our flower-beds so that the soaps didn’t impact them. He uses nature safe products and works efficiently. They are highly recommended; we will be calling again!!

I called Tyler to inquire about a wash for my small condo balcony. Did not need to keep calling around. Tyler answered right away, came the next day and delivered on everything and beyond. Took his time to protect our things, move stuff around and made sure every inch in the balcony is pre-treated and washed. He took his time and did not rushed into getting the job done quickly, just because its the end of the day.But, here's what makes him a true professional. We live on the second floor and all the just washed down to the neighbours' balcony. So, he spent 15 minutes power-washing their balcony as well (and not just the floor, but the sidings and everything). He even cleaned their windows, just to be extra nice. I was amazed at how well we were taken care off and how pleasent, easy and professional was the entire experience.Even the neighbour was happy (got a quick free power wash).No hidden costs, no up-selling during the job. Just your old great local service. Everything was well explained and communicated. And more importantly, I was treated fairly and with respect - even though I was probably his smallest job - ever (we're only talking about a 10'x7' balcony here).An easy 10 stars service!

If you're considering hiring Bow Tie stop considering and just do it! This is one of the best companies I've ever done business with. I first used Bow Tie when I purchased a simple gutter cleaning certificate on Groupon. Little did I know I was going to find one of my most trusted tradespeople. Tyler communicated well and did a great job. He also identified a few issues on my property that I was unaware of. Most people would assume he was trying to squeeze more money out of me at this point but it wasn't even work that he could do for me. Instead he took a bunch of time that he didn't bill me for to document what was wrong and help me find people who could do the repairs for me. I've used him since for a couple of other jobs and he has never disappointed. As long as I own property in Calgary, I will be using Bow Tie.
