Last weekend I had the pleasure of purchasing the Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 Ice Blue Dial watch from Waterfall Jewelers in Waterford, Michigan. With this specific timepiece being in high demand it is virtually out of stock everywhere, but I was fortunate enough to stumble upon it online.Thanks to Waterfall Jewelers' excellent customer service and their willingness to hold it for me, I was able to secure this remarkable watch. Waterfall Jewelers exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service. From me inquiring about the watch to their friendly, approachable, staff who made the purchasing process a breeze.My experience with Waterfall Jewelers was exceptional, and I highly recommend them to anyone in their area, or if you see something you desire from them online be sure to inquire!I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I'm confident that you won't be disappointed either. Just picked my rings up after having them replated, a prong repaired and cleaned & inspected. Dropped them off on Thursday and they were ready Saturday! I couldn’t be more pleased with the services provided and the professionalism of the staff.

Update: I picked up the ring and it exceeded my expectations. The space around my center stone and the bars on the sides bothered me so my goal was to go slightly bigger to fill in the space. The pictures speak for themselves on how much Waterfall Jewelers “rocks”!!! ;)I can not say enough wonderful things about Waterfall Jewelers. I wanted to upgrade the center stone in my engagement ring and had lots of questions about the diamond that I already had before committing to upgrading. I am a researcher by nature and found Mark through the AGS and GIA websites. I needed someone with knowledge and an opinion I could trust. He was wonderful. I visited 7 stores from Grand Blanc to Troy and none of them made me feel as comfortable as Waterfall Jewelers. This was a fairly large purchase, so I needed to make sure I was making the right decision. After the numerous diamond store trips that I had made, I went back to Waterfall Jewelers because I felt they were the best. This is when I met with Eileen. Talk about a real gem! She listened to me, answered my questions, showed me some diamonds and was honest. I knew she cared enough to make sure that I ended up with what I was looking for. They are not pushy and out there “just to make a sale”. They truly want you to walk away feeling excited and happy with your purchase!! They have a customer for life in me and I can not thank them enough with their help and expertise through this process. I will update my post with pictures once I pick up my ring... I am beyond excited!!

I took an Alex and Annie birthstone bracelet purchase from Amazon. I wanted a disc silver charm to engrave a message to a very dear lady friend of mine. I needed the charm done by Thursday because I was flying to see my friend. This was her 90th Birthday. Dawn made my purchase such a pleasure as I explained that I wanted ‘Happy 90th’ on one side and “From Your Wife-In-Law”.She loved the bracelet and the special charm on it. The experience was delightful for me to share with Dawn. Love Waterfall Jewelers!!!

Amazing experience. Called late afternoon about a watch I was interested in. Joe was extremely helpful over the phone in finding exactly what I was looking for. The staff was willing to stay a few minutes after close for me to come check it out without any commitment to purchasing at all. Needless to say, I left with exactly what I was hoping for and more. Great experience, great staff, great price. Will certainly be making my next purchase at Waterfall.

I just recieved my custom designed bracelet. It is stunning!Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping to create my custom piece.I highly recommend this jewelery store.They do amazing work, are professional and make you feel like your part of the family.

Went here for an engagement ring for my fiancé. Walked in with next to know information and a little nervous. Joe approached me and helped me threw the whole process. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. It was a great experience!Waterfall Jewelers is an outstanding business. Everyone I talked with (Nick, Deanna, and Heather) were extremely helpful and friendly.The ring wound up being the wrong size. Not a problem since Waterfall Jewelers have everything under one roof! We took it back and they were able to resize it right their, we got it back 2 days later!The experience that I had was nothing short of amazing. If I ever need to buy jewelry again I will be going back to Waterfall Jewelers.
