James was absolutely exceptional to work with when buying our house. He's got an honest down to earth aproach that really helped us as buyers to make the right choice. James was excellent. Best realtor I've worked with. He knows the business inside and out and was upfront on what needed done in the house and where buyers might be deterred. I live out of town so he coordinated contractors for me, working with my tenant for entry. He communicates well. He's cordial but gets down to business, which I needed as a busy mom. He was very prompt to respond and professional in his interactions. He arranged a time to speak by phone and then to come in person to view the property.
