AmeriSpec Inspection Service of Windsor, Sarnia and Chatham

I got an email at midnight the day before inspection and found at 5 am when I woke up that I have to read and sign the contact and get cash (or cheque!?, Who uses cheques these days) at the inspection time 11 30 am.That probably would not be a problem if I didn't have to drive from Toronto to Windsor 4 hours that morning to be there in time for inspection.Even that I could have accepted if I didn't get an absolutely rude and appalling reply from the owner, Rob Iseppi, after I voiced my surprise and dissatisfaction.This is how they treat PAYING customers. I pay 450 dollars to be treated this way.They got 1 point because of the inspector , Donald Campbell, about whom I can only say all the best. I personally give HIM 5 stars.

They did everything they said they would, scheduled my appointment as soon as they could, showed up on time and the inspector was very knowledgeable.

Orion, the inspector, did a great job during my pre-inspection. He was resposive and was able to accommodate unforseen circumstances which caused me to delay the inspection date.Him, along with Rob at Amerispec were great to work with!Would definitely recommend and use them again.

I could not recommend AmeriSpec enough (Especially Don!)! We purchased our first home last week, and had only 3 days in our conditional offer to have an inspection done. We submitted a request Tuesday night, and had an appointment through AmeriSpec for Thursday morning. Donald Campbell was incredibly knowledgable and great at communicating everything he was seeing. He walked us through what he was looking at, and why he was looking at it. It was extremely helpful for a first time home buyer with minimal knowledge.He classified everything he showed us as minor"

First off, I made a call to have an inspection done very last minute due to the time constraints to purchase in this market right now. I spoke with Rob at 2PM on a Sunday and had an appointment scheduled for the next day At 10:00 AM, as offers were being presented on that Tuesday. I couldn’t believe it! I thought I was going to have to make a decision about a property blind ( as many are doing these days) BIG MISTAKE!!!Don showed up on time, was extremely thorough, personable and professional. he took his time to walk us through the home inspection process and explained everything to us step by step. We left with the information we needed to make an informed decision about the property of interest.I would highly recommend AmeriSpec to my family, friends and use them in our future endeavours to purchase.Rennie and Patricia Mio

Donald, came out to inspect an older home that has been renovated. He was thurl, patient and very technical. He explained everything in a simplified matter. He did not only identify problems, but provided ways to fix them. I highly recommend him.

Scheduled an inspection back on March 3rd (3 months ago). Repeatedly asked for an update and always excuses. Originally was told by the inspector I would get my report within 2 weeks.

Mr Dave Binders was extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had about the rebate. Made me feel very comfortable and confident in my ability to go navigate through the process. Highly recommended

Had an inspection done for the Greener Home grant in Feb. It is now June and we haven't received a single report. Very frustrated with the service these guys provide. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who is looking for a proper service with proper etiquette.
