The installers, Hameed and his crew were incredibly knowledgeable. They took their time, explained their actions, and taught me about my furnace, air conditioner, and hot water tank. They corrected errors made by prior owners, were kind, and made the entire process delightful. If you want a HVAC company that will ensure you have the best experience, leave your mechanical room in better condition than when they arrived, and you can trust that they are acting in your best interest, then this is the company for you. We had a fantastic experience with 416Heating! We received a very competitive estimate, and we were able to schedule the furnace installation immediately! Hameed and his installation staff were punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. They completed the installation and left our furnace room in pristine condition! 416 Heating gave outstanding service. In all of their interactions, they were quick (even early) and pleasant. They maintained a tidy workspace and traffic flow lanes in and out of the residence. They swiftly removed the old hot water heater and replaced it. Hameed went over the installation and where everything was, making sure there were no leaks and that everything was properly reattached. Outstanding client service!
