some staff were friendly. others gave a cold shoulder.the cashier ringing my stuff had next to no customer service. no hello. just signed and rolled her eyes. didn't ask if I was collecting points. almost gave the excuse of not having enough change for my bill. the guy at the till was much more welcoming f with his people but the one person I got in the beetlejuice hoodie had again next to no customer service. I almost decided to not buy my stuff because of how I felt.

Just wanted to share my first experience at old navy kelowna, first of all the store was an absolute mess. As I was looking around, I overheard “magic mel” talking down on associates and treating them less than. Not something you like to hear. Poor employee treatment and poor management. Will not be returning.

I thought the prices would be lot lower here. I believe they used to be. Not really anything that peaked my interest.

Just had the best experience at old navy! Had to return something and accidentally brought the wrong receipt - it didn’t matter though…the cashier asked me for my phone number and then scanned the item and it automatically brought up the correct transaction- I didn’t even need my receipt! And they didn’t need my visa either, the refund was processed automatically to the card I paid with. I am so impressed - this was hands down the easiest return experience I’ve ever had at a store.

The cashier who served me wouldn't let me pay without creating an account, which I said I didn't want several times. Samila I believe her name was. Completely refused to listen to me.

Used a gift card. Some good sales however the store was cluttered and messy. Really difficult to find things. Clothes all over the tops of the racks. Probably won't be returning

The staff here in this store is unreal! Every time we visit the store we leave completely satisfied with our purchases, impressed with all sale and clearance prices and very impressed with the excellent customer service offered by the staff Hailey, Tom & Elle just to name a few! Keep up the great work!!

Great selection at a low cost and decent quality. Staff are always super helpful. Side note, store is always a mess!
