I ordered phone from a helpline number and then they want me to add one photo id to get the phone . But this store employee told me I can't help you with that. You have to cancel that order and open your account again from this store. Also I have to take deal given by them not the last deal

I recently went to this Roger's store for the 2nd time in just over a year. On both occasions I brought in a phone that was so severely damaged I was afraid they would never get any of the data off of it, and both times they succeeded. On both occasions I was helped by Gary, who goes above and beyond with his customer service. Gary insures he has done everything he can to help you and leaves his customers with a big smile on their faces. I drive over an hour to get to this location and pass several other Roger's to get there, but I completely trust Gary at Millwood's Town Centre and it is the only place I will go from now on. Thank you Gary for the spectacular service.

This location is awful. I called ahead to inquire about unlocking my phone. The service person who answered the store phone said I would be able to get it unlocked by rogers. After I had made the drive all the way to the store I arrive, I had to wait, then the guy at the front tells me that they cannot unlock my phone. He did not properly explain to me the process when I questioned him over the phone or even tell me that I didn't need to come in to be unlocked. Then the guy goes on to tell me I need to do it through apple. APPLE DOES NOT UNLOCK PHONES IF YOU GOOGLE IT ONLY YOUR CARRIER CAN UNLOCK YOUR PHONE. I wasted so much time going in for no reason when I even took the time to call ahead. The customer service is awful at this store. Overall I had a bad experience. If you are with rogers I would recommend going to a different store & avoiding this one all together. Totally disappointed in the company.

Only gave 1 star as 0 is not available; if you think of going to this store expect to be treated like a 2nd rate individual and if your female asking questions to Nick at this store expect him to lie and speak to the male you entered the store with and to not acknowledge you as someone he would have to deal with. If you go to Geeta hoping she will help you as the store manager just expect her to stand behind the way Nick belittles you and is rude and condescending. Geeta will say we don't lie to our customers" after Nick will tell you he lied when Geeta walks away but he will just laugh in your face when she returns and say he didn't lie. Geeta supports how Nick treats Rogers customers as below him and that he doesn't have to supply you any customer service and even less if you are a female. This store had my phone from May till Sept for repair with no attempt to contact me when they had it returned; advised it was working fine but when we turned on the phone after receiving it back had the same issue it had when we originally brought it in back in may. They then after dealing with them for 8 hours through out the day will bring up a missing document that has no information; date or anything on it other then saying excessive physical damage when the phone has no damage and was even noted on the original report that there is no damage on the phone."

Nikuiy & Manav were super helpful with getting me switched over to Rogers and upgrading my phone! They were knowledgeable with the different plans and phones and I was pleasantly surprised to get my new phone under an hours time. They even gave me a free adapter for my phone... I would highly recommend this location to get your new phone or any questions answered!

Amazing service! Wonderful attentive service from Pawan while upgrading two phones. All the other staff seemed pretty on the ball, too. Will return to this location for any service in the future. A+ job, guys!

It seems one staff gives completely different amounts than another. And once they start setting up your plan, they tell you after that they increased your monthly amount - which I never agreed to and may have chosen a different phone. I find buying online from Rogers is much faster, and I get correct (and lower) price. Plus many employees seem to talk down to women as the quote was higher for me than for my husband for exactly same item. I am frustrated with the locationd I tried.

This store has such a horrible customer service. The girl working here is such a big liar, she can speak lies at every minute to make sales. She don’t know how to understand customers. I want to give her zero star but there is no option.I don’t know who hires such unemployed girl.

This store is absolutely and extremely terrible at customer service. I got a phone for my mom and we returned / csnceed it after 6 days (you have 15 days buyers remorse to return a phone) and we were assured, on TWO SEPARATE occasions that we would not be charged. Lo and behold, we receive a bill for 72$. We went back to the store and they again reassured us that that was the bill that they automatically send out when you first sign up, and that we would receive a final bill that would only be for the 6 days. Now a couple of days ago we receive a bill and its 347$... they're charging us for cancelling the contract. So I called Rogers and they said they can't do anything, to go to the store. This whole process was a nightmare and I highly urge you to choose a different providor.I've asked to speak with the district manager of this Rogers and will edit my review after.
