Amazing customer service. I was so nervous and anxious to purchase my first mattress on my own as a young adult, but Sunday answered all my questions and tried to find one that was just right for me, she wasn’t pushy & she was very patient while I tested out all the beds. I left feeling confident in my purchase.

Could not have asked for a better experience! Came into store after trying my friend’s pillow and wanting to get a similar one.Everyone in store was so friendly and welcoming. I was really impressed with Amber. She helped me find the pillow my friend had, gave me different options and helped check it was the right one for my posture. She was really knowledgeable about the products too and very friendly and genuine. Best customer service I’ve had in a while. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience! Very happy with the mattress we purchased. We spent 2 hours trying out the mattresses. David was not only knowledgable but also very patient and found us a good deal.

Our visit was at least a months ago, but I would like to recognize Sunday for her great customer service when we were mattress shopping. She was very friendly, patient and great overall. We took our time to find the perfect new mattress and it was worth it! It was shipped on the correct date, in less than a week! We’re very grateful and happy with our new mattress. Thanks Sunday!!!

We bought a fairly expensive mattress. Getting delivery is still ongoing over 2 months afterwards.A wait isn't of itself bad, if communicated well before hand and during. However, we're onto our 4th promised delivery date and nobody at sleep country is accountable, will escalate things, or will return our calls. The only way we find out that the now each delivery date has been delayed is after we call in to figure out why they are late for the scheduled delivery. After sleeping on the floor for a month and feeling like we are constantly being ignored, we are beyond frustrated. Cancelling the order and going somewhere else.I have no faith that this thing will ever be delivered and unless you get the mattress.

We ordered what we thought was a floor model mattress. It turned out it was a returned used mattress which we were not told. That in itself was not the end of the world, but when we took it home it was way too hard. We asked for the 100 day exchange policy but because it wasn’t a new mattress we were not able to exchange it.BEWARE and look very carefully at the small print. We naively signed and didn’t look at the details. We were NOT told of these things. We were extremely disappointed with their service. It is very obvious to us, that they were there to make a commission and were not clear. We are extremely frustrated.They followed up and solved the problem. Thank you.

Best mattress buying experience ever! It was a completely different experience than I've had at furniture stores. Amber was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and we felt comfortable to take our time and make an informed decision without any pressure or up-selling. Definitely recommend this location and their excellent, helpful staff.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience at Sleep Country. David was an amazing associate with great customer service - he listened to our needs and ensured we found a perfect match within our price range. We had no idea how to choose a mattress that was right for us. Knowing this was the case, David first had us test out three beds to better understand our preference for soft, med or firm. Once we figured that out he was able to to recommend options and continue to ask questions about our likes and dislikes for each. He was great with giving us space each time to try the bed and talk amongst ourselves. He never pressured us with the sale - which we loved. Thank you David for helping us make this an easy, enjoyable experience! Would 100% recommend a visit to the store :)

This truly was an excellent mattress shopping experience. We were helped by a very patient and knowledgable team member (David, I believe) who was so great at helping us understand our needs and options within our budget. We didn't feel pressured into making a purchase, and he let us take all the time we needed (2 hours!) testing out different mattresses until we settled on the perfect one. I waited a few months to write this review, as I wanted to be sure we were still happy with our purchase and we definitely are.
