I went to get my 100% merino wool coat cleaned for the upcoming season, picked it up and the hood was shrunk and other spot of the coat had visibly shrank as well, not to mention it was completely wrinkled when I picked it up. I spent 300$ on that coat and now thanks to them I only will have worn it one year. Please save your money and your clothing and go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. Went to pick up my suit at 4:55 pm but their front door was locked and the owner jumped in his car and sped off while he saw me knocking at the door, even though they are supposed to be open until 5pm. Called the business and was told there was nothing they could do, and they could not get me my suit. And they misplaced and lost my dry cleaning the previous time I went here. Won’t go back.

Was the first and last time that I use this place. Very unprofessional, all of my shirts came dirt and very smelly, and all came in a plastic bag. The old lady very rude doesn’t know how to treat costumer.

For some reason I was struggling to find a dry cleaner in chilliwack and finally found this place. I was in urgent need as I had some pants that were dryclean only. They had a longer wait to receive them back but they had a rush fee I could pay which solved my issue.Got pants back clean and no issues. Good service. Maybe a bit costly at $14 bucks but then again I paid a rush fee and have no comparables.Owner was friendly. I'll be back again

The customer service from an older woman was despicable..She went on about how she couldn't gaurantee cleaning my coat. Made it seem like a problem.. How busy they were.. well I walked out.. She was rude made me like I was an inconvenience... I would not recommend this place.. Keep up your rudeness and you won't have to worry about how busy you are.. She needs customer service skills badly...

Fantastic service with East Coast politeness and charm. This shop is obviously busy, but that’s what happens when all of the other dry cleaners in the city can’t compete and close-up shop. Having someone know your name and greet you with a smile each and every time is a lost art nowadays, but it is not lost on the super helpful woman who has worked here for years. For any of the negative reviews - feel free to drive into Vancouver to get your clothes dry cleaned - you won’t get that hometown courtesy anywhere else.

I've been going here since my long-time drycleaners 'One Stop' (on Kipp Avenue next to the Capital Chinese Restaurant in Chilliwack) closed up shop just before COVID.Most of the time, things turn out the way they should at Eco Cleaners. However, a couple months ago one of my monogrammed dress shirts went missing...they apparently gave it to someone else. Initially, the staff person did not offer compensation but Diane (owner/manager) did reach out to me to apologize and and offer to pay for a new shirt, which is appreciated. Things can happen in the real world - it’s how you respond that makes a difference.
