After moving from Dubai and being used to an amazing customer service I've been shocked with how dealerships treat their customers, in a very bad way like not caring,lying, disrespectful for example BMW London, McMaster Chevrolet few more but anyhow finally went to Range Rover London and bought the 20/21 sport. The guys there are super friendly, amazing and honest. Just like how you expect the service to be just perfect, felt like just home. Of course thanks to Jawad the manager, Melanie in the finance and MOE the sales person which I recommend 100%, for the great service and all the help. After being/owning many cars from different brands here in Canada these guys are the best.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Range Rover from this dealership and couldn’t be any happier.I was hesitant making the trip to London from Toronto, but they managed to present an offer within my budget that I couldn’t pass on. I was never mistreated or shunned for being a young adult looking to purchase a luxury vehicle, which was most important to me when car shopping.I would like to thank Ethan, Moe, and Jasmine for their excellent service during this process! The vehicle is in great condition, it was a smooth transaction, and they made my car buying experience easy. Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership!

My previous car had been stolen and I was at the end of my rental period getting anxious about finding a new car, and limited availability since Covid. Juan had a long list of “must haves”. I write this review in disappointment about the poor customer service, lack of care, and poor quality that Land Rover London has provided to our family over the past five years. We purchased the first edition of the Range Rover Velar in 2018, only to have ongoing technical issues with the vehicle since day one. The electronics kill the battery and after several batteries and parts replacements, the dealership and Range Rover International has been unable to rectify the issue. Simply stated, the Velar is a 'lemon'. We did our best to work with them to find a solution, including replacing the vehicle, understanding that the vehicle will always have issues. Ethically, we cannot sell the vehicle, as it would be unfair for a future owner to endure what we have experienced. Land Rover London (and the Rafih Auto Group) needs to replace the vehicle. There is no other solution. Instead, they have abandoned us. This is an expensive vehicle and we expected more from the Rafih family and Land Rover London. Sadly, we will never purchase another vehicle from the Rafih Auto Group. If you are thinking of buying a Jaguar Land Rover, do your research. The vehicles are beautiful, but just don't work.

I had a great experience with Land Rover London. One of the quickest and easiest car buying experiences I've ever had.Juan Baquero reached out to me minutes after I sent the dealership an email. We settled on a number over phone and to avoid me having to make the long drive. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and it's history, which made me feel much more comfortable about the purchase. He went the extra mile for me and I truly appreciate it.I would definitely recommend Juan and Land Rover London.

Ethan was great helping me getting my 2023 Discovery, he was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly, sales manager also was very helpful for trade in part of our deal and made the offer I was hoping for, very happy with all staff I worked with, great place to get your car
