Tracey was amazing. She went above and beyond. I work for a huge customer serve bast compant and I give her more the 100%. I needed a particular product for post-surgery dressings called ‘packing gauze’. At first it looked like they might not have it. Then the manager (I assume) from the back office started looking and found exactly what I needed (their last container).

Needed a few small items which they had. Looks like they have a lot of great supporting items for medical issues. Even had uniforms / scrubs. I'm sure if they didn't have a certain item they would help and order for you.
