Chris and his team renovated two bathrooms for us in September 2022. The first bathroom was for our kids and was a refresh of the existing layout with a new tub, toilet, tile, and countertop/sink (we opted to keep the existing cabinet). The second bathroom (in our basement) was a complete tear down/overhaul (except we again kept the exiting cabinet). The basement bathroom was a big job as the layout was changed to accommodate a much larger shower (including breaking up the concrete floor, moving plumbing, electrical etc.). We added a few luxuries like heated floors and bench, and new rain shower head. Chris and his team also renovated our basement landing, replaced all the toilets in the house, and upgraded all the bathroom fans in our house.Great communication throughout the project – the team is very knowledgeable and Chris was always quick to respond whenever we had a question. We had never done a large renovation before, and Chris and his team made this process so painless for us. They were punctual, professional, and the site was always left clean and tidy. The quality workmanship and attention to detail is impressive and very much appreciated. The results speak for themselves! We are absolutely thrilled with both of our new bathrooms and would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to our friends and family.

Chris at BathFX completed a bathroom remodel at our place. He and his staff were very skillful, knowledgeable and professional. They kept the project on time and kept us updated as the job was in progress. We couldn’t be happier with the finished bathroom and would recommend his Company to anyone who wants to renovate or remodel.

We had to get our shower replaced after it started falling apart. Bathfx was the first to respond (I reached out to about 6 companies total) and I got to pick the time for Chris to come look at the shower and give me a quote. He was able to start pretty quickly after that. Rory was the one doing the work and he was great! Punctual, friendly, and was able to work around my schedule when needed. The end product turned out amazing and we are so happy to finally have a shower again. Would highly recommend both Chris and Rory specifically, but I don’t think you could go wrong with anyone from this amazing company!

I had a great experience working with this company. Customer service was top notch and the workmanship was excellent. The owner/project manager took the time to meet with us to scope out the work and offer pragmatic recommendations/suggestions. The crew who worked on the bathroom kept my home clean and did a thorough job cleaning up at the end of each day. Demolition and installation was quick as the contractor was highly efficient.

We used Bath FX to renovate our outdated main bath as well as our master ensuite. Services included demo/removal of old material, supply and installation of new tub, vanities, toilets, lighting, tile, paint, and finishings.The end result is exactly what we were hoping for in our new bathrooms! Throughout the process, Chris and team were extremely knowledgeable and very quick to communicate and respond to any questions or issues. Although renovations like this are always disruptive, the team kept the work space tidy and ensured proper protections were in place so as to not cause any damage elsewhere in the house. The process of choosing styles and colors was very straight forward, and the suppliers Chris works with were very helpful in the process. We are extremely happy with the quality of the end result!

My wife and I are complete newbies when it comes to home renos. We finally decided to gut our (very dated) bathroom and replace it with a clean and modern design. I researched a TON of contractors and finally narrowed it down to a handful. From our initial consultation, Chris was simply above the rest. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer and explain all of our questions. Also, completely flexible working with us on the exact design we wanted; no compromises.From day 1 of construction, Chris and his crew were great. Friendly, punctual, and kept the work area neat and tidy. Communication was superb. Chris kept us completely up-to-date throughout the entire project. Full transparency. If I had question, there was zero problems reaching him.Lastly, Chris' quality standards were extremely high. If something didn't sit right with him or he saw something even slightly out of place it was taken care of immediately. The finished product was fantastic (and came in exactly on budget!). Great work all-around!

What can I say - Chris and his team absolutely knocked it out of the park for us with our bathroom reno! Everyone was polite, professional and friendly. Chris was very easy to work with and gave us great advice and service while also considering our plans, design ideas and budget. BathFX took just over 3 weeks to complete two bathroom renos which included a total gut of one and a near gut of the other and they still came in less than other quotes we got. We're beyond happy with the work and Chris's commitment to excellence. I'm sure we'll be seeing more of this team for future renos. Thank you Chris!
