I’m not one to ever give reviews even if they’re bad but this store has really disappointed me and there is no accountability from customer service.Two weeks ago called about a suit ordered in APRIL, tailoring kept getting pushed back to now a month later, wedding is in June. Lady spoke so rudely to me on the phone, all I asked for was an update and I was actually nice despite the tone I was getting. She told me a suit for June is not a priority when it’s now prom season. Lady we ordered this suit in April and we’re nearing the end of May. I contacted customer support was told they’d reach out to me and never did.Fast forward to today my boyfriend calls now 6 weeks after we ordered the suit, to find out they lost our suit. I will never be going back to the store. You get belittled on the phone for asking a question only to find out your suit is lost with the wedding in almost a WEEK now. Do not recommend this location.

Very disappointing service. Both the ladies did not help at all. They treated us like they are doing us a favour letting us shop there. I don’t want to pull the race card but the white couple shopping there were being treated like royal family where as we were being treated like we’re there to steal there apparel.This is NOT how you conduct business. I will make sure that a good 2000 number of my family and friends hear about how we were treated and to not shop at this store. Not to mention the complain going to your head office and media houses.

She was soo patient and soo polite and answered all the doubts we had in action by finding perfect product for us.We are so happy and would like to recommend all the future customers to find her and experience the definition of "customer service"."

I was baffled today as I wanted in line for half an hour and still had a long wait to check out. I ended up putting my 11 items ( $850 )down and walking out. I get that the cashier was helping a wedding party but the other two staff were no help to anyone and when asked if they could open the second cash, they said no.

Mirka is the most helpful sales assistant at this location! Came here to get my brother a suit for graduation and she helped us match shirts and ties with the suit he picked out. She is very knowledgeable about the products and sizes and also recommended suitable tailoring options for the perfect fit.Even though we went in on a weekend and she was very busy with other customers, she balanced all of us really well by frequently checking in, giving us time to try on other things, quickly and efficiently doing all the size markings, and checking us out. She also continued to follow up about the tailoring and made sure it was ready by the time we needed it (with a good amount of advance notice). We had a great experience here, and would recommend asking for her when you're in!

Dealt with Bassir and he was so helpful. I've been to a lot of places recently for my wedding and this was the only place that made me feel welcome and happy to advise someone who doesn't wear suits regularly. Go here first!

My fiance and I went with a groomsman to find the last suit for our wedding and received absolutely no help. Incorrectly measured the neck and was able to offer no expertise". We ended up having to find everything ourselves. Check out was a disaster as well."

HORRIBLE customer service. My fiancé came in to look/try on shirts for our wedding. The employer actually denied him the ability to try clothes on!! Literally flat out told him no! Because the shirts were folded? We will never be back! The employee acted as if a customer was an inconvenience to them. They also incorrectly sized my fiancés neck. Get better staff!!
