Danny and Robert are wonderful to deal with they always keep me informed about my investments. They give solid advice and will have at least yearly personal meetings with clients. My father dealt with them for years and always praised them for their honesty and integrity. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

horrible customer service the fsr told me to come another day ... i had left my baby with someone to get my job done ..then she tells me to go to my home branch then the appointment she was giving me was a week after although she had appointment available 2 days after she said after I pushed for a early date she did not want to work then after she admits she does not know how to do the job and will need to do some research so she was trying to get ride of me ..im sooo disappointed her name was started with a h I dont know why they keep useless people who cannot help and waste important time of clients she did not value my time at all

Horrible experience, very unprofessional. I came in to deal with an issue that could not be resolved over the phone and was directed to go in branch. I called ahead and when I came in no one seemed to know what there doing and all the managers were in a conference. Seems quite inconvenient, so I was told to go home and they will call me to make an appointment, still haven't heard anything back... not a good experience so far.
