Dr. Campbell makes every visit comforting along with the very friendly staff! They motivate you and compliment the progress that your teeth make every appointment along with a very friendly and kind environment! Teeth are coming along great the past year and a half and it's all thanks to them!

The staff are friendly and welcoming. My teeth look great and we were very happy with the whole experience.

Dr. Campbell straightened my son's teeth and he has the most beautiful smile now. It was a long process, my son was not always compliant, but the end result was amazing. Dr. Campbell was kind, diligent, and his staff were awesome. Thank you Dr. Campbell!!!

Terrible. Had to re-do my braces down in Toronto. Dr. Campbell and his team camouflaged my issue and as a teenager you trust that your doctor is going to provide you with a good service. Instead of treating me properly he disguised my orthodontic issues by straightening my teeth OUTWARDS which caused damaged to my teeth from grinding and also damaged my teeth and jaw bone.Thankfully I now live in Toronto and my orthodontist here has corrected my smaller upper jaw through surgery and is in the process of realigning my teeth. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ORTHODONTIST.

I regret ever going to this orthodontist. I had braces for about 3-4 years with Dr.Campbell, long before a review system was in place. Now that it is, let’s just say my 1 star review that I would’ve wanted to write years ago, is still very much fresh, and so I am writing it now.I had many early morning appointments, to which I noticed that Dr. Campbell would not wear a mask. I was forced to sit there and smell his morning breath while he worked on my teeth. So many times at my appointments were things done incorrectly and I suffered for it for a month before my next appointment as he would come to my town from Winnipeg. On one occasion he glued brackets for my braces upside down, and from a few days after my appointment, when he was already gone from town. The sharp wire would snap out of the upside down bracket, snap the side of my mouth, cutting it over and over in the same spot. I’d visit my dental office to have it fixed but because they were not orthodontists, the wire would just snap out again.This also meant that after weeks of a cut mouth and snapping wires, the bracket had to be pulled off and redone all because of his carelessness. All for him to say “ohhhh hahah I glued the bracket on upside down…hahaha”I had to wonder if he realized that he was the only one laughing at his careless mistake. I know I certainly wasn’t.His staff also carelessly seemed to miss the wisdom teeth in my mouth, and told me there weren’t any to be found, when in actuality I did have them. They were found years later at a different dental office. These caused problems for me later and also for my teeth to shift after removal of the wisdom teeth long after the braces were off.Upon removal of my braces, Dr.Campbell managed to gouge a chunk of my front tooth out when removing the braces from my front teeth. This still hasn’t actually been fixed, and I can still feel the mark from the gouge, since 2007 when those braces came off. Another dentist at a different dental office pointed out this gouge to me, along with glue that was still left too close to the gum line that they had to remove themselves. Nothing was done about it at his office.His staff I found treat patients like an assembly line. In you get, out you go, not much care or friendliness put in.His methods are sloppy and unprofessional. I had consultations before the braces with Dr.Campbell, and one of his brilliant ideas?“Use a wooden tongue depressor and hold it behind your front teeth and push on them. For hours and hours and hours.” I was an 8 year old kid at the time, and it was horribly depressing to sit there for hours with a huge wooden popsicle stick, pushing on my teeth. For something that you knew wasn’t going to make any difference and you were going to still need braces anyway. I felt like this “dental advice” was a joke. I was hoping after that consultation that I’d never have to go back to him, and I wish I wouldn’t have had to. I certainly regret going to him for an orthodontist, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend anyone going to him. Go to someone else. A veterinarian would probably be better.

A very caring and experienced orthodontist.

I got my braces done by John Campbell inside polo park and I was beyond unhappy with how my teeth turned out.I had my braces on just for a year and it was decided that my overbite was as good as it was going to get, and the braces need to come off. I cried for weeks, because my dad paid 5k on my teeth and they don’t even look nice, I started not to ever smile. after a few months I hated my teeth.I got braces again from a different orthodontist inside Winnipeg to correct my overbite and to form my teeth to give my face a nice smile with showing enough teeth, and no gums. with my new orthodontist I get so many compliments with how my teeth and smile look. I spoke to my orthodontist and briefly told him about my experience at the polo park orthodontist as John Campbell as my orthodontist and how unhappy I was with my teeth. The new orthodontist place I guess felt bad and they gave me $500 off my braces. and explained to me the entire process in detail and how they will custom my retainers just for me and they will keep my braces on until I am happy.I got ripped off by going to John Campbell for braces, they were rushed, not well done, the staff were not all nice sometimes, and I did not like how there was additional fees. (x-rays, etc.)Three people who i know who got braces from John Campbell are going to my new orthodontist for braces because John Campbell method left them unhappy also.In my opinion I would not recommend John Campbell as an orthodontist.
