Horrible online customer service. Never got my situation resolved or my package delivered after several attempts and phone calls to correct. One of the worst companies for length of time you have to wait to speak to a representative on a consistent basis because I called several times to correct this issue. I tried to use the email option their replies are that of robots or they just don’t take into consideration anything I wrote in the emails. Never shopping with this company again.

One of the managers “Alexis”, was very helpful and friendly.. she was very personable and did a great job at helping us as she was the only person there working out front from the beginning to end of us being in the store along with other customers. I think it wouldn’t hurt to consider promoting this employee as this is the first time I’ve receive such excellent service from a manager in this store.

management is very rude. (molonda) I had a hole in my sweat pants I bought. I brought it in the next day and she would not let me return it. I had a tag and a receipt. I went to the garage at masenville they returned it no problem saying it was clearly a box cutter mark when staff were opening the clothes. Very disappointed I had to go out of my way to deal with it. Plz reconsider your management.
