Best subway in town! I go out of my way to this location for the excellent service and the sleek and clean feel to the remodeled building. All of the staff are exceedingly kind and always capable.

Very good value for money. And service at the top. That's what you expect from this type of place. Only downside is that it's not very comfortable to eat, the tables are really small.

We ordered 4 subs 2 out of 4 came out ok cause they had no condiments. The other two came out to burnt and barely able to eat, none came out wrapped properly. Neither one were the right ones we asked for. And they were just a mess.

Watch your receipts. Was told my payment wasn’t received after seeing it approved. After asking for the receipt and waiting 5 min ( watching what was going on in my bank account) they wanted to charge me again. How many people fall for this? And adding a tip for yourself is just ignorant

Did the drive thru today with the kids. Normally don't like drive thru for Subway orders because of all the specifics needed for an order. But the gentleman that served us was one of the friendliest workers we've encountered and was fantastic.

Had a bit of a wait because of other customers in line and a skip order ahead of me. When I got my sandwich it was decent. A bit too much green pepper and onion but I was able to remove what I didn't want. Will return again for another sub in the future.

The man on the intercom in the drive-thru was very short with me and rude. Cut me off mid-sentence a couple times. Even though I repeated my order 3 times, he still got it wrong! Took a total of 15 mins for him to take my order and the store was NOT busy! Asked what kind of cheese, then went silent for 6 mins. Same for when we finally got to the veggies. I told the guy at the window I didn't appreciate the rudeness over the intercom and that it was bad customer service to treat people that way. He blamed somebody else, said it wasn't him. I asked for a manager and he said there wasn't one there. This isn't the first time I have had issues at this particular branch. I definitely won't be going back!

The person talking to me at the drive through was pretty rude. Kept on shutting me down and saying no to me. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want them to tell you no and you having to repeat your order again

This is one of the best Subway Restaurants ever.The staff are incredibly friendly and they always get the order right.Honestly this is one of my favourite places to grab a quick lunch in Lethbridge.
