Great hotel and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and modern, be aware you need to tell them when you want your room cleaned. Gym was sufficient. Close to several restaurants.

Great hotel! The Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location worked really well as everywhere we needed to get to, across our 3 days, had an easy access. Highly recommend! We fell in love with their pillows - plan to order a set sooner than the last day you check out! You won't be disappointed.

I stayed here for work. While at first I was not fully impressed, once I addressed my concerns they were dealt with fast. The location at first did not seem good but it was actually really close to downtown which is where I needed to be. The rooms were nice. Very modern. There were lots of windows for natural light which I really liked. While at first I had a issue, it was resolved and I will stay here again.

My room was amazing, very nice King Room. Bed was comfortable and it was nice that the thermostat was not one of those infrared detection ones that shuts the a/c off when you're not there. It's nice having a nice cool room to come into on a hot Prairie night. It's pretty nice that there is the Chop Steak House right there and a Dennys. The Dennys I was disappointed in but that's a different review.My 3 knocks and why I didn't rate it 5 stars were. 1) There was a nasty stagnant water smell in the hallway which I think came from the ventilation possibly? 2) It's in a really strange spot. Trying to get in and out of there is confusing. I seen people go in the wrong way and even cut other people off because they didn't know where the entrance and exit were. Painting some lines might help those who do t see the sign. And 3) The parking lot is very tight and needs not only more parking but bigger spaces. With so many people driving Trucks and SUV's plus the Steak House people parking there it is hard to maneuver and even park.

For 250 a night, I guess i just expected more. The lobbys nice but I couldn't get the heater to work in the room. Molding already coming off the wall, and they got those lame rainfall showers with no pressure.

We stayed at this Hotel for a week and when we left we had forgot a couple of this, we were going back in a couple weeks so figured that we could ask and see if we could pick them up,Well to my surprise no you couldn'tI left the info with the front desk and even wrote it on a paper and asked if they could take a look because we were leaving with in the hour.Front desk staff said maybe they would look around 2-3 pm, I told him we are going for breakfast and it would be great if someone could check before we leave and get back to usWell lets just say NOTHING!!!! not one person from that Hotel called and said anything about my lost and found.I worked in a Hotel, we had to hold lost and found for 1 month, when guest asked for their stuff back, they got a call back wether they had the items or not COURTESY!!!!" another word for it is "Hospitality"It makes me sad that people do not care anymore for other people."

Lovely hotel. Very clean, everything is new. Not enough disabled parking spots, only two in the whole hotel parking lot.Room is not cleaned if you are staying long. You have to ask the day before for Room service! Pool area is nice, hottub is a great temperature, swimming pool is too cold! There is no breakfast provided. There are two restaurants in the hotel, no discount in either. The disabled room walk in shower doesn't have enough slope on the floor, the water soaks the whole floor making it dangerous to walk.Rooms are very private and quiet. Bed is comfortable. Heating and ventilation are nice.

One of the best hotels I’ve experienced on my travels. The room was very clean and far more comfortable than I expected. The staff were some of the nicest and friendliest I’ve ever met. I’ll definitely be back.

Great stay, rooms are very comfortable, curtains could block out more light at night. Love the fact that there are lights in the ceiling of the rooms, not just floor and table lamps making it so dingy like all other hotels. Only complaint is the pool. Either boiler was broke down or they need to turn it up, lots. Pool was not warm at all, was quite disappointing.Other than that, great stay!
