Cloverdale Paint

Soooo these guys here are absolutely incredible. I had a shower that I had tiled in the worst tile possible (my fault lol), and after half a year it had streaks all across it. So I tried to epoxy it myself and did an absolutely horrible job. Went to big box stores and they told me I had no choice but to rip out the tile and replace it. I called Cloverdale and within fifteen minutes they’d provided me the perfect product for painting/epoxying my shower tile to look brand new, with just the colour I wanted. I couldn’t be happier, and I won’t be going anywhere else for my painting needs!

OUTSTANDING personalized service. Matt, Mike and Ruth are excellent in their knowledge of paint. They take pride in making you feel like you are part of a great team all the time. They are friendly and courteous to all of their painting clients. The quality of the paint is super. The price of the paint is exceptional. I would highly recommend Cloverdale Paint!I have been a house painter for the past 3 decades and have been a regular customer at Cloverdale Paints in Kitchener since it opened a little over a year ago. I can say with absolute certainty that it is the best customer service experience I have ever received. The reason for this is the high quality of the people (Matt, Ruth and Dante) working there. They all have outstanding communication skills, especially active listening. They have strong analytical and problem solving skills on display each and every phone call and visit to the store. Their positive and cheerful attitude combined with a tremendous focus on customer satisfaction makes every interaction with them a pleasure. They are always going the extra mile to help the customers. For example, Matt spent hours matching a stain that was very difficult to get correct. Also, Ruth made several phone calls to paint stores to get advice on how to paint a very challenging ceiling. When I was having a particularly tough day, Dante was able to maintain a sense of professionalism, while having a super sense of humor and help make the remainder of the day great. This is the gold standard of how a company should present itself in terms of interactions with valued customers. The team works hard, works smart and works together and is a shining example of humility and grace. I hope that if you are a painter or have a painting project that you seriously consider visiting Cloverdale Paints in Kitchener...you will not regret it!!!

Amazing service 5 stars for sure!! Called them after other paint stores wouldn’t help with a colour match due to covid. They were friendly and helpful and helped us right away. They had the paint ready in 24 hours even though I told them it was no rush! Huge can came in $20 cheaper then I was quoted. The paint is %100 a perfect match to our walls. We are so thrilled! This new paint store on Huron Road has great paint, reasonable prices and amazing staff. Matt, Ruth and Dante all know their stuff, and are more than happy to please. I can't recommend them enough. Awesome place!!!!

We just used Cloverdale paint in a few rooms in our house after hearing (and reading) some great reviews. We are so glad we decided to go with Cloverdale. Tremendous product and cheaper than what we have used in the past. HIGHLY recommend.
