Kroll's Surrey Pharmacy Ltd

This is the worst pharmacy in surrey, I was covered by pharmacare 100 percent but they keep charging for the medication prescribe by doctor. I transfer all my medication to walmart and they did not charge anything at all. I felt I got scammed...wow unbelievable..

Messed up my prescription after waiting 45 minutes, got the call when i was across town that i had 20 minutes to make it back or they would close. Never going back there. Was a very important prescription that the nurses called across town for and the Surrey Memorial Hospital was not impressed to find out that 2 hours of cold calling went to waste. Whats more, they rung it up wrong so after a serious procedure i ended up waiting even longer. During covid and a foggy mind, this was not good. Also, stale chocolate bar bought there.

I'm stage five kidney and Kroll's has been there for me.

A customer of Krolls for many, many years (2nd generation). The service has always been excellent. From day one the staff have been and still are #1. They treat people with respect and care. Extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Whenever I come to pick up meds here, it’s not ready. No parking space available

Worst experience of my life in Canada , I been in Pharmacy for 2 time for my 3 doze . First I came on January 21,2022 and lady from reception told me dozes are finished you need to book again than I book again for today January 27,2022 at 4.30 PM , am outside the Pharmacy and got a call from Pharmacy that we are unable to give you 3 doze , we have doze but we don’t want to give you doze because lady told me she don’t want to waste the other dozes of Pfizer , I told to give me Moderna she said you are less than 30 years so we can’t but last week she told me you can get Moderna if you want. I really upset , this Pharmacy wasted my time two times , please don’t come here , if you want to come make sure they will tell you sorry we can’t help you . 0 out of 100 from my experience.

My aging Dad has been using this pharmacy for YEARS. Solid care and service. The staff are kind and accommodating. Thanks, Kroll pharmacy!

If you need a traditional old school" pharmacy this is the place for you. I think this is a family business. We needed a special cream for my daughter skin that needed to be mixed up by the pharmacy. The first drug store i went said they don't have the ingredients and sent me to "Kroll's" . They were able to mix up the cream. They gave me clear reminder on how to store it properly and apply it.Very nice pharmacist. I think they also work with the cancer agency making up special prescriptions."

My elderly father needed a special medication that you can only get from the hospital so it was sent to Kroll’s Pharmacy, which was right across the street from Surrey Memorial, and they made sure I would get the same pricing as the hospital. They kept me updated on this medication before the hospital did. Also, I had already filled a 90-day supply with another pharmacy but needed all the meds blister packed together— they were able to do everything I requested and they made everything super easy for my father to take his meds properly.

These people are the best there are! They know a lot and have guided me through medication stuff, and they have done anything and everything to make sure that we are happy and satisfied. They have always gone the extra mile for me. Love them all, they are not only good at what they do but are super friendly too! :) Very happy with their services!
