Mr Cheng is a trustable person,and he has many years experience, I only trust him if my watch have any problem, and the price very reasonable.

Chi charges reasonable prices and does fast work. He charges 1/2 the price as the bay to do a watch battery and to replace my watch face he charges a fair price similar to the manufacturer. He’s friendly and honest. His unit is a bit tricky to find, it’s behind the apartment buildings at the back, however, when I was lost I just called his number and he gave me helpful directions to find it. And there’s free parking nearby!

After having some challenges talking to the Bay jewelry department I decided to go with a smaller company here in Coquitlam. Great service, great price and quick turnaround for my momentum watch battery replacement. Thank you very much for the great service and positive attitude. You can park on Glen and walk up the large pathway between the buildings it's in that central nook.

Took my grandparents old clock in to get repaired and cleaned mr Cheng was very informative and did amazing job when I picked it up it ran smoothly very impressed with the service… thank you for the service on the clock

Owner was able to fix an old Seiko watch for me with a very reasonable price. Great local business with quick service and very knowledgeable. Was abit hard to find since the business is in the courtyard and not facing the street, but worth the effort to find. Highly recommend! Just call / email / msg the owner to make an appointment since they don't open till after lunch.

Mr. Cheng came and picked up the components of our 100 year old grandfather clock - that I just got from my mom. It was not chiming properly. After keeping it for a couple of weeks, he brought it back and now it works perfectly. He also replaced the broken spring on my grandfathers pocket watch and now it is working fine. I would highly recommend the watch market if you have an old watch that needs repairing.

We have a 50 year old Regulator wind up clock that we really enjoy. Stopped working just before the pandemic and has been silent since. Took it into Watch Market. Mr Cheng - No problem

My Mom's recently late husband has a antique grandfather clock that I don't know much about. All I know is it is 200-300 years old and it was his pride and joy. It was not working at all and needed repairs. I found this place online and it had a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review. I emailed and Chi responded right away. My Mom lives in Surrey and Chi's shop is in Coquitlam. He set a date to pick up the clock and he called first and showed up on time. My Mom said he's a really nice man. He didn't have the clock for very long, 10 days from pick up to drop off which I think is fast especially considering it was over the holidays when I first contacted him. My Mom got the clock back today and she said it's working great and she is so happy! His price for the repair was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop for clock repair/maintenance.
