Store has an awful odour and I’m not impressed with the service as well as the cleanliness of the store. Owner is very rude and doesn’t offer refunds.

Very bad costumer service. Outrageous owner should get fired and file for bankruptcy immediately for not giving me a refund. Guys he will tell you that story about my mom coming to the store but it’s false he’s going to try to hide the 1 star review.

Amazing and friendly service. Repaired my phone on the same day. It's the second phone I repair there and it's always like new. Love it. (Kinda makes me wanna break my phone just to come back loool.) No jokes service A1.

Terrible seller. Avoid buying phones from him. Clearly doesn’t know the laws and does not issue refunds on the basis that there are signs posted but no “final sale” written on receipt.Terrible quality phones too. From my experience the phone I purchased dies within 1 hour. Paid $320. Would rather let that money burn than see this business thrive. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Despite reaching out to the Seller's to discuss a possible replacement or resolution, their attitude drastically changed. It became apparent that their priority shifted solely to protecting their financial interests, rather than addressing my concerns as a valued customer.What disappointed me most was the lack of willingness on their part to acknowledge and rectify the issue. Instead of offering assistance or even basic empathy, the seller seemed disinterested in resolving the problem. It left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer.I would caution potential buyers to be wary when considering a purchase from isound solutions mobiles. ONCE YOU BUY YOU'RE SCREWED". Never do business here. Odor coming from owners store that hospitalized me. Overall bad costumer service. He will tell you that I’ve never shopped there but it’s false i have. Also worst store in Planet earth, disrespectful!
