updated: got my dress a month after the delivery date (two weeks before leaving for wedding), but they were able to squeeze me in for alterations the following day. dress fit beautifully and didn't require any alterations. got so many compliments on it! only complaint would be i had to wait wait 5mins in a snowstorm for to go indoors at the fitting because the door was locked and despite banging on the door and looking at the workers, no one let me in until I called them twice.went in from my appointment, the workers were very nice and friendly the store was not busy at all at the time so I was able to get great care. the style of dress I wanted wasn't that common, but they were still able to give me a lot of options and suggestions. the store carried my favorite designer and I ended up going with one of her pieces! I don't have anything to compare them to, but overall pretty good selection, prices that I expected them to be and just beyond catering and sweet there! I didn't expect to buy my dress that day, and they actually seemed surprised that I wanted to go ahead and order it. they were not at all pushy for any type of dress or for me to buy! would definitely recommend, especially going during the week!

I reserved the VIP service and I really enjoyed my experience with Manon! She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I found my dream dress thanks to her! I also appreciated that the VIP experience comes with a private room and cute little details like small gifts for your guests. It was a very positive experience, I highly recommend. :)

Had an appointment a week before my wedding for alterations, on the day of pick up they werent properly made so I had to wait in store for about 30 mins.Also, 187$ just for alterations is pretty excessive. They make you pay cash for them too, which doesnt seem legit. Don’t remember being advised the alterations would be an extra 187$ when I reserved my dress, so that was a bummer when I came in for my second appointment.Regarding the « VIP » dress selection experience: They advertise including « bubbly » for the VIP but the bubbly is alcohol-free which kind of takes away from the fun… its basically just sparkling cider…

I book appointment in advance and send in the dresses i want to try. I send in 5-7 dresses. They only had 1 available... Maybe it's because of my size (size 6). They barely have any other dresses i can try on the spot too. It was pretty much disappointement and very..... Unproductive. I guess they don't have much petite size dresses. The woman helping us was very friendly.

Best weeding dress store! I highly recommend. I went in a bit before COVID and my consultant Manon really listened to me with great care and found the perfect dress for me. I didn't think much of it at first when I saw it on the rack but when I put it on I was amazed. I really checked all the boxes for me.Look up their website for ideas in order to make the appointment more productive.The lady doing the adjustments was a real pro and super funny. Take in her advice, it will be worth it.Thanks a lot Oui je le voeux. I really enjoyed my big day with the confidence I made the right choice.

I ordered a dress that was customized on site. The experience of selecting the dress was good. There was a good selection of options. However, the rest of the experience was more stressful. The seamstresses complained about the work they had to do. There were unexpected costs added after they quoted a lower price. And only one person could speak English in the store.The final product of dress is good, but the customer service for the cost was disappointing.

My best friend suggested this store to me because she had been once before and I cannot stress how thankful I am. From booking my VIP experience to finding my dream dress, Oui Je Le Voeux is an amazing experience. My consultant, Melodie, was amazing and the sweetest thing in the world. She was so fun and understanding and made the experience a pleasure. I walked out with my dream dress on the first time trying dresses and I cannot wait to wear it in October.

Got married a couple years ago. Made us pay cash, they refused cards. So I guess this big money isn’t declared.For the final fitting, even tough I said it was too tight they said it was normal. Back of the dress broke open just before the wedding. Our guests had to wait while one of our guest stitched the dress the best she could.They know you’ll go on your honeymoon right after the wedding, so they don’t really care for service to their costumers I guess.

I chose my wedding dress from Oui, Je le Voeux. It was a mixed experience. The dress was gorgeous, and the price was fair for a rental, but the final fitting was terrible.The store is intended to be a one stop shop, for buying or renting to alterations and dry cleaning. So it was perfect for my renting needs. My initial experience with the store was lovely, the ladies who helped us find the dress were excellent and professional. They gave me and my group enough time and attention. We chose the dress, and they explained all the rental conditions clearly. I did the first fitting a few weeks before the wedding, that was great too. The seamstress was very friendly and professional.I left the store with very positive feelings and confidence after each appointment.This is where the good parts end. Two days before the wedding, I go to pick up the dress with my mother. Another seamstress talks to us, she was rude, defensive and did not want to work. The work on the dress was uneven (straps had uneven length, modifications on the right side did not match the left), the dress was tight in the bodice, I could not breath. We had to repeatedly explain these things and show her obvious faults in the alterations. She doubled down until the seamstress from the first appointment came over and showed her (thank you).An appointment that should have taken two hours maximum dragged to five. It was very frustrating and tiring. And it wasn't even big modifications to do. From store reviews, it seems that other clients had similar issues. In the end, the fitting experience will depend on the seamstress that you get. You can either have a great experience or a very stressful one. If I didn't have my mother with me, I would have walked out of the store 3 hours later with uneven straps and a dress that's too tight. Bring someone you trust to the fitting. Maybe that's what the seamstress wanted, to waste our time and be as horrible as possible so we would be too tired to ask for proper alterations.Anyway, if you want a rental dess, it's always a risk since the store owns the dresses and their alterations. If you want to buy, go somewhere else for alterations. Don't waste your time or money here. I do not regret renting, but I do wish we had gotten a different seamstress.So I guess 3/5 stars. I would drop it to less, but it's unfair to all the lovely ladies working at the store and the beautiful dresses they have.

Great experience and kind staff. Very knowledgeable about all dresses. Was patient with my fiance and gave her great suggestions.
