Whatever you do, don't stay here. I am using my friends' account to leave this review so they don't know which guest I am. They yell at you. They scream at you. They threaten to call the police. I have not broken a single rule (they have many, many rules) yet they throw all these allegations at you. They should be banned. They cannot operate like this. It was such a downer during the start of the trip.

I stayed here for a couple of weeks in August 2022. I was somewhat hesitant because of some of the bad reviews. I found the place to be clean and fairly comfortable. The hosts were fairly easy going, and I had no trouble with them!! They were concerned about COVID, so had restricted use of the kitchen etc., as we ate out at a number of nearby restaurants. I would stay here again!! I think the best part was the easy access to shopping and dining!

AVOID! If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This is the single worst experience I have ever had with any sort of accommodations. These owners are so rude and disrespectful. It’s a cash grab, they only want your money. They might seem nice at first, when they’re taking your money, but it’s just an act. Once they have your money, their tone changes completely. Do yourselves a favour and stay somewhere else.

Greedy and controlling. The owner man is literally crazy. He wanted to know what in the evening and threatened that he was not going to let me in because I might have a drink or two. Breached multiple rules by AirBnB and I am surprised they are still “in business” AVOID at all cost.

Edit: It is extremely unfortunate that others do not share the same experience as the two of us did. We really did have a very nice stay at the guest house. It looks like we will not be returning here after the negative reviews.What a great place for me and my daughter to stay for two nights. Exceptionally clean and Marina, the owner was very hospitable. Do go if it's just two of you. It's not a place for couples to go crazy but is more of a quiet, relaxing beautiful home that Marina shares. We had a queen size bed with our own bath. It was perfect for our first trip to BC. Thank you Marina. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. Our host recommended a sushi place (California Sushi) for dinner and it was terrific as well. We easily were able to navigate from here to the touristy things we wanted to do in Vancouver. Thank you again. We hope to return soon!

You will regret! Horrible hosts!!They are rude. They have so many stupid rules that are not listed on Expedia, booking.com, or google.- Their parking space is so limited. The hosts will bug you about parking.- They allow people to take a shower for 10mins; they even displayed a sign in their washroom- Their rooms are super hot. They don’t have an AC. They do have an old loud fan.- Their house is located right on Austin Ave, a major road so it is super loudI asked for refund because it is so unfair that they didn’t listed stupid rules. The hosts were so rude. They completely ignored me once they got the money.DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

I needed to stay longer, while waiting for my flight tickets and it was not any problem. The landlords were very helpfull. Nice and clean place with privacy for good money in wider Vanouver.

Absolutely horrible would 3not recommend from the very first day Kim was absolutely controlling went to come in what time to leave what to eat what to sleep everything he runs in like a jail not to mention the room listed it was not the room that I was given it was switched out on me twice he treats it as if you're doing him a favor there is absolutely no comfort constantly feel like walking on eggshells especially since there is signage regarding everything from the use of cologne which is not allowed to the 10-minute showers they say they have laundry they do not you have to go to the laundromat would not recommend do not stay here. Absolutely the worst people on the Earth would not recommend

Worst experience ever ,the owner is so controlling and greedy . Too much to write about how bad this experience was .He makes you feel like he is doing you a favor. And you are not allowed to use anything,the room was cold and when I asked to increase the temperature from 17 degree to 20 he kept going about this is the right temperature and he had all thermostats in locked boxes so no one can play with it ,managed to increase the temperature using my glasses anyway. No soap no towels,bed sheets were washed but only one pillow that is flat . Horrible experience overall I would pay the extra 50 $ to get a proper room in a hotel. Honestly not worth it.more to say but that is enough. My advice to everyone is not to go there.

The owners are welcoming and the view is beautiful. The rooms are very tidy and clean. Although, cooking native meals is not really allowed.
