Top Notch Shop!My daughter was in town and in need of some exhaust work on her car. After getting a quote from another local shop ( city tire ) of nearly $800 to install a muffler ( which was provided ) a friend recommended FreshWater Auto. These guys are very professional and do quality work at a fraction of the price ($200) which I thought was very fair and reasonable.I will definitely be returning for future work and spreading the word to friends who need auto repair in the area.

Will have to say that despite our first dissatisfied experience, Freshwater Auto followed up and were willing to make it right for us. While our car should have left their shop fully repaired for a long cross Canada trip it didn't. They were quick to reach out to correct our problem once I left a negative review. In the end it was a simple repair, but it caused us great inconvenience on our family trip.

Brought our vehicle into the shop to troubleshoot the cause of our car dangerously stalling in the middle of the road. I gave specific details regarding what was happening but we got no repair just the service charge and a oil change.I googled the problem again out of desperation and it was simply a very obvious huge hole in our air intake hose. The first youtube showed us what it 100% was. A little dissapointed that wasn't noticed by the pros.They were very kind when dealing with them though, and gave recommendations for potential fixes (that didn't help but appreciated).

Always a pleasure to work with them. Their towing service is very fairly priced and I have used them for everything. From tire swaps and oil changes to breaks and shocks and major engine work. I no longer live in town but I will always make the effort to have them service my car. I look forward to using them for years to come.

Terrible place of business, run by crooks. They make promises then swindle their way out of them when it's time to follow through. I wouldn't believe them if they told me snow is white. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.

I am a customer at freshwater auto , which was freshwater Suzuki several years ago , in total I have been there for 23 yrs , I have purchase vehicles from them many times & just recently purchased another one , they are the best aways super friendly & extremely helpful , all my vehicles have been serviced by them wouldn't consider going anywhere else they are number one in my book , great great servicing

I never recommend them. They are not responsible. They do not give any appointments. They say to bring your car in the morning. It took two days Just for a simple diagnostic test, and I did not have a car for two days. Their price and labor cust surprised me. I did wheel alignment there, but my wheel was not 12, which supposed to be. I would never come back.
