Showed a picture of what I wanted when my appointment was made, then again the day I went. Was told no problem both times. Was in there for 4 hours and aside from my hair being shorter, it looked exactly the same. Asked for bright blonde, ended up light brown. I had more highlights going INTO my appointment then leaving it. So disappointed
