I was in shopping for a wedding the other day. Rachel was very helpful! She was super nice and made my shopping experience flawless. Picked the perfect outfit - will definitely return.

Lots of offers going on

I entered the store with my two teens to look around (both were respectful). We were looking at the sales rack in the back when an employee approached and said we were looking sketchy. After I asked to try on jeans she continued to ask my children what they were up to and told them she was checking to make sure the security cameras were working. They were just standing waiting for me. It was easily the most unwelcoming experience I've ever had in a shop. I don't think it's very kind to call people sketchy or to question them for no reason. The store has neat clothing but I wouldn't return unfortunately.

I was there last week to buy my daughter a surprise dress for her birthday. The staff was incredibly kind as well as helpful. they helped me find the perfect dress and when I gave It to my daughter, she was ecstatic! Thank you Sirens!!!!!!!!!!

One of the employee named Rachael was very unwelcoming and her customer service was honestly bad.Won't visit here again.

If there was a negative star option I would pick that. I dont shop, I dont go to the mall often, so maybe I am a bit out-of-touch with how customer service works but im pretty sure it doesn't involves screaming at customers from across the store. Screaming because a customer was looking at a dress in a mirror...meant for looking at clothes in...because the fitting rooms were closed at 5pm...and the store doesnt do returns.... How do you have a clothing store where you cant try on clothes and also cant return? What? The lady named Rachael who I think is the manager should be fired clearly not meant for the job. When confronted was even more rude and tried to say that the person was banned from the store. Also never left a review of anything in my life so should tell you just how ridiculous this was lol

Good prices, however sizes are extremely limited. Hard to even find size large and if you do it fits more like a medium. Great store for smaller women though.
