EPI Fire Protection Inc
Yesterday during our yearly condo inspection, the technicians that came to my door were disrespectful and unprofessional. To make matters worse, during their inspection, they didn't catch that one of the fire alarms was faulty and left for the day with the alarm ringing on the floor for nearly 4 hours (9pm)! The fire marshalls had to be called into the building to turn it off.

The technician, John, was working for my condo’s annual inspection yesterday and I would like to say that the gentleman was very phenomenal and look to be extremely knowledgeable on what he was doing. He was very friendly and had no problem explaining to me on what he was doing, as I was very curious and fired him with questions about his job and position. Even when I felt like I was stalling him, he still worked fast and efficiently. I am very pleased of the service that EPI provided to my condo. I would definitely recommend this company!

Great quality, nice workers, good prices. EPI arrived on time and gave a nice greeting then proceeded to work professionally to test all fire and life safety systems in the building. EPI left nothing deficient in the building. Great company!
