Found this low carb store about a year ago. They have a great selection of keto, low carb and GF items. My favorites are their iced coffee, cotton candy, waffle cones, homemade baked goods and most of all the friendliness off the staff. Oh and Loki who greets us at the door!

Have ordered twice from this store and both times my order was correct and delivered in a very timely matter. Also I love that they send tracking so you know when to expect your delivery. Great prices. And a wonderful collection of sugar free products. I also love how they surprise you with a few treats. Defintely recommend!!

I live in Edmonton, but buy most of my low carb food from this company. Why? Because they have a very extensive inventory of low carb food, are competitively priced, and ship it direct to my door. And the best part is the customer service they provide. I've contacted them via messenger several times. The response time is almost immediate, and they take exceptional care of their customers. Great place for people that has dietary needs. Would visit again if I ever do need baking ingredients for a family member that is diabetic. Lots of parking. Place is clean.

I absolutely love coming to sweet and sprouted. I’ve been going there for a few years now and they have such a great selection of keto products and other goodies. The owners are fantastic, welcoming and so friendly. I love how they bring in so many new items that are hard to get in this city let alone in Canada. Check them out if you want to support a fabulous local shop.

I ordered online from these guys as I heard about quevos chips and wanted to try them! Im in alberta, I ordered on a Thursday, and got it at my door the Monday. These guys are quick as bunnies! Prices are very fair across all their products on the website, and the snacks are so yummy. I'm so excited to get quevos here, and I look forward to buying them again.
