Vancouver Laser exceeds all expectations! Consider if you will, how nervous most people are exposing their body to painful lasers, or just de-robing for techs in general. For me, who had laser done in 2014, I was worried the machines were still painful and archaic. Lo and behold! Vancouver Laser had an incredible new machine that I could barely feel. VL also sits you down for a comfortable consult, answers any question you need, and makes you feel completely at ease every step of the way. I felt right at home and everyone who works there was so kind and respectful. At no point was the pre-laser experience worrisome, and my laser tech, Kenzie, was phenomenal. It was painless and she was so fun to talk to! The building has such a ritzy aesthetic. The entire VL level looks and feels like a futuristic spa.Amanda helped me book my appointment, and gave me a pre-rundown on what to bring with me. With my busy schedule, it was great of her to be there for me when I had to rebook last minute! Also, I'm absolutely obsessed with the care and attention to detail of their Instagram account-I had a 15 minute wait because I came early, and I lost myself in their before-and-after pics. Do I need to come here all the time now? Maybe!Thank you Vancouver Laser, and Amanda, for the easiest, pain-free laser appointment of my life. I will be referring all of my friends and coworkers. 100/10!

She actively listens to all my concerns and always goes out of her way to provide genuine care to help reach my skin goals. From start to finish, she goes above and beyond to support my needs and puts me at ease through her compassionate care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Her recommendations to skin care have also been amazing. If you seek quality treatment from an RN who has a plethora of knowledge about skin care, I highly recommend Sally!

Amazing place, highly recommend it. I received multiple treatments here and I was extremely satisfied with the results. The whole process from consultation, selecting treatments, booking, preparation, and treatments themselves, and follow-up was very professional and pleasant. I had the hydrofacial today and can honestly say it was the best facial I have EVER had. Emily Ford was an incredible technician and I will absolutely be asking for her next time I am in. The whole service from start to finish felt like luxury. Couldn’t recommend this place enough :)

Had such a great experience with my mom here! The clinic is very spa like, clean and relaxing. I got the HydraFacial and my clogged pores were so clean and minimized after. It left such a beautiful glow. My mom got the Glass Facial Therapy and she loved it. Her skin was tight, glowy and hydrated and her complexion was so much more youthful post treatment. Highly recommend this place!
