I called one of the front desk people to confirm my reservation but he didn't even speak English and had a hard time communicating with him. Not the type of service you're looking for. Although, the motel room was really good and I liked how the washroom came with a hairdryer and those non-sleep plastic rugs you put in the bath tub.

DON'T GO THERE! charged twice the rate even though I confirmed with them my change of reservation would be free of charge. wasted half of my time in Paris fighting with them. Reception staff incompetent telling staff incorrect information on charges and administration not standing up to their staffs' errors. WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD.

The hospitality was outstanding, absolutely top notch friendly and with service in English so no language barrier. The place was comfortable, the coffee great and good value all in all. Thanks, we will be back next time through.

After a strenuous ordeal with our vehicle breaking down on our way home from a family reunion, we lucked-out finding this hidden gem. The staff is incredibly hospitable, and more than pleasant. The cleaning staff is impeccable and the entire grounds are quaintly decorated and extremely clean. The price is fantastic ($115/night for 4 people) considering it’s situated so close to downtown Ottawa.We ventured out to parliament via bus and we’re pleasantly surprised to discover we had the choice of 3 busses that stopped directly in front of the buildings, and were a mere 9 stops to our destination. There are eateries within walking distance in every direction, as well as an Esso and grocery store. Will definitely be staying here rather than Ottawa on our next trip.

Motel is ok. Rooms are old, but washroom in our unit was renovated. Has a kitchen for those who wants to cook and maybe there are better rooms overall.The one that we were given was on the second floor with tiny windows facing the busy road. If you close the windows, you'd probably be able to sleep, but if you open them to have a bit of fresh air, forget about sleeping. If you are given 217-219 I highly recommend you to ask a different one or a refund.

Clean rooms and convenient location. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately there was a lot of road noise and the bed could have been softer. But a nice stay otherwise!

Just your average hole in the wall watering hole. It's not modern or fancy but they have pool and darts and gambling if you so desire. I don't know what the rooms are like I only saw the bar

We stayed two nights and we're very happy. Room was clean and seemed newly renovated. Staff was friendly. Wifi was good. Easy to go downtown by bus leaving directly in front of the motel (~15-20 minutes)

Room was decently sized, bathroom looked really clean. Close to the city centre by car. Only negative was that the room smelled like smoke. Also the room was really warm. I couldn't figured out how to turn down the heater.
