I have lived in 90 Curtis Crescent for 12 years this summer. Overall I've had good experiences up until the last two years. I've noticed a lot of issues. There's a lot of questionable tenants, I've witnessed drug deals and found a crack pipe in our laundry room. I have had three packages stolen (2 from the front lobby and most recently one from my apartment door). it was disclosed to me that one of my packages was stolen by a tenants guests Homestead and the building managers were able to identify the person (via video servalance footage) who stole the packages but were rather unhelpful otherwise. I would like to know what the steps they are taking to fix this issue are I now have to have my mail delivered to a different address which is very unfair. It seems the only response they have is our hands are tired and we cannot give you anymore information. The building security is questionable as I often found the front and side entrances proped again with rocks or loose Flyers allowing anyone to enter the building. I have had issues with cockroaches in the past but I can honestly stay Homestead dealt with the issue and is currently dealing with the issue in the building (I no longer have them in my unit after they fumigated and they come in regularly to check all units). A few positive things about 90 Curtis.... I will say that overall it's a quiet building at least in my hallway. For the most part the staff are friendly. Over the years I've lived here they have done a good job of fixing the aesthetics and it's relatively clean. They have been efficient in fixing or replacing things in my unit in a timely manner aswell. I think they will find a high turnover in good tenants in the future if these issues are not resolved (which is rather unfortunate for them)

Don't do it! Its in very rough shape and the employees could care less. A friend sent me a package through UPS and they stole it. Sent an email and got ignored. They have security cameras and could had investigated but no. They just take your money (by the way pretty expensive for what it is). Also the laundry area is disgusting and the dryers never ever work. Oh yeah also when I moved in I asked for some very basic repairs and they got done a month after.

Weekly water shut downs

There is a tenant who goes door to door begging for change and the complex did nothing about it. As well in the 4 years I lived there my fridge needed to be replaced 6 times, in one case 2 days after getting the new fridge. it would frequently take a couple weeks to get a new one in. The apartments also have a bad ant problem

I recently moved out of the Bradstreet apartment due to the bed bug issues! They constantly said that they were dealing with this issue with pest control coming in every 2 weeks for treatments I lived there for a year and the problem never got better the problems only got worse! My roommate and I lost lot in damages due to this problem. We spoke to the building manager about this loss and he didn’t care at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone do to all health risk and infestation!

STAY AWAY! Bed bugs, ants, cockroaches. Pest control comes by once a year at best. We told them we have ants and are starting to see signs of cockroaches. They never came back and nothing was ever done. Building management doesn't care. I've seen numerous people arguing with the building manager to have the pests dealt with and he just brushes them off. Staff are lazy and almost always irritable. Management also raises the rent without notice and then hands out notices stating you owe back rent which is illegal. Stay away from this building

Place is roach infested. Nothing will ever be done about that aside from laying a couple glue traps down 2x a year. That is about in line with the regular maintenance though which is not done properly if at all, unless an excuse is needed to steal your tools that is. But don't expect to avoid a rent increase at year end. Avoid if possible. Slum lords.No fans in bathrooms so welcome to the health hazard of mold mold.Pay extra for parking. Air conditioning. Extra appliances, that you've supplied of course.Special light bulbs that they have to replace? Oh looks like they're fresh out of stock since... well over a year now I guess. So you better buy your own. What's rent for anyway?If you move in here either tear that land lord tenant act into pieces amd forget about it or read it cover to cover because you will need it constantly and still won't have anything done but at least you can say you tried. After all any fine is cheaper than boring through walls to install ventilation into every units bathroom.

Lived there for a year, moved in with the bathroom flooding constantly. Had ants for the first 4 months, then I had to throw out 350.00 dollars worth of stuff because of the bed bug infestation. I received no sympathy when I developed cellulitis because of said bugs while in my own apartment. I must add more recently I have been charged for an apartment I no longer live in because they didn't let anyone know about my move out. Such an unprofessional organization I have ever seen and dealt with. Horrible.
