Jay retrieved the 2BPLdisks stuck inside and tried to repair the CD exchanger. When he realized he needed a part he called the maker and was told they no longer make replacement parts. I appreciated him taking the time to call. And informing me so quickly. Full shop. Personal attention.

Absolutely wasted my time! Very unprofessional! Very rude rip me off $40 for checking my unit! Doesn’t know how to treat their customer! And he doesn’t care! I think he make his money by telling the unit cannot be fix! Please stay clear of this person! Just wasted my money and my time! Telling me in my face my machine is garbage? Not even attempting to fix it! The only problem my machine had is to replace the ejection system which is simple enough for any repair man! Good luck for his business! I deeply regret going to this place! I lost $40 for nothing!

Brought my playstation in they told me they were back logged and would call me in a few days once they could run diagnostics. They called me not even an hour later saying it needed a new hdmi port and would cost over three hundred dollars. I declined and brought it home. Turns out it only needed a new hdmi CORD the port was fine and they knew that as soon as they pluged it in!! They not o ly wasted my time but tried to rip me off! The worst part they rebooted my playstation and i LOST EVERYTHING!!! Scammers!!!!!

Absolutely phenomenal service. I own a custom scuf controller and it started to drift so I came in to get my part that I bought soldered in. Amazingly, he got it back to me and even warrantyed the part that got repaired. Would recommend if you need something expensive fixed.

When I called to ask about looking at my tv Jay told me he would not charge me to look at it , after he looked at it he suddenly required payment . Shady business practice , transparency is important. I have no problem paying for the service when you tell me up front. Don’t offer no charge to quote and then change your mind afterwards . .
