I have always went to the Napanee location and really liked the ladies that worked there, never had a bad experience, so when I moved to Kingston I was not looking for a forward to switching to a different location. The first time I went in the girl working ( I didn't catch her name) was amazingly helpful and super friendly which made me feel a bit better, have to say I was bummed to learn she was temporary but the next week when I went back I was ecstatic to see a familiar face from Napanee. Lisa has always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, informative (if there is anything new or survey's etc.) Professional and friendly. It really made my day to learn she was going to be sure at my local location because you can advertise and do whatever but it's staff like her and the ones at the Napanee location that really make your services great! Only downfall no reflection on this specific store is they call you RELENTLESSLY the week your loan is due

Money Mart Store #1403, 766 Princess Street, Kingston, OntarioYesterday, August 18, 2022, I was financially assisted by a young Lady named Natalya. I have been helped by Natalya several times and I am always delighted to see her on duty when I enter Money Mart. Natalya is always friendly, efficient, kind and polite. She took the time yesterday to fully explain my financial situation making it clear that I could borrow money from Money Mart and after repaying them I would still Have enough money for the month ahead. Natalya would excel in any form of employment at any job, especially serving the public. I would wholeheartedly recommend her for any form of advancement at Money Mart.Thank you very much Natalya.
