Although they did a good job grooming my pup (he has a double coat), the price was unreasonably high (much more than the estimate they gave me). They said it was because his fur was matted, but still, the service was too expensive. I will be returning to the usual place I go to in Hull.

Great service. Never a problem here. They take good care of your pet and do a great job. They also provide advice to prepare your pet for a better experience. They are always on time.

Brought my cat in for a lion cut, they said it would take 1.5 hrs so I come back in 1.5 hrs and they hadn't even touched him yet. The actual cut is pretty bad too they went too high on the neck my lion has no mane
