well, its totally a waste of money for the service provided by this firm. I was told on my closure all is well in the reserve funds of the building , to my surprise I found out , the building was going in debt. The place was cleared from shahida 's side but the building owes a huge fund of a million dollars to CMH. All she was interested was in taking the fee for closure and did not even give us the document of closure for 2 months. Most useless attorney to grab a client .

My previous review was… the worst experience I’ve ever had,,,Now….On what purpose you are sending me LEGAL NOTICE?? I just shared whatever my experience was and now you can’t do anything about it..I didn’t lie about a single thing so i ain’t scared of anything.Listen, I did call before coming to your office, if that’s what you call an appointment. And, if your receptionist didn’t tell you that’s not my fault. I asked her can i come for notary rn, she said okay… she didn’t bother to tell me that you are in a meeting which is gonna take an hour or two, again, your fault and my time is damn precious. And I didn’t come into your room without permission, she asked me to go in and talk to you myself cz she went inside three times to ask you how long its gonna take and clients r waiting. Jst an advice… have some mutual understanding with ur receptionist and start telling clients the actual time u wanna attend ‘em.

I had got referred to Mrs Shahida Faisal through someone stating that she might be able to help me with first initial court date as my condition was not so good and I had no idea how to deal with it. My divorce and custody everything was already done long ago but my ex husband filed a case for more time and travel consent so it had to be done based on the previous court order. She did not even looked at the file properly and put them aside and said he even did not filed the right forms so case will be dismissed. Or I will be granted more time as I was not ready due to few valid reasons. She had 10 days and promised me she will take care of it. She did not even read once my previous court order. In front of the judge also she was like trying to hush hush read the papers at the last min where as Judge said that the forms he filed are the RIGHT ones. Being a lawyer she didn't even read once my papers or did not even know what she is doing. I had to pick her up even drop her off charged me full money and also said she will send me the forms that I have to fill out to respond to my case. I kept asking her she did not. I am single mother struggling with money and lots of health issues and a lot of stress and responsibilities on the shoulder was so difficult to pay her the money it went into garbage. I request people to not waste your hard earned money like that when you know that you might not dealing with anyone professional.
