Reliable Parts
Ordered several parts over the last year for LG washers and Bosch ranges. Great service, in stock items with super fast delivery at a reasonable price. Bosch oven heat sensor was delivered in 24 hours. Thanks!

Terrific service. I returned a fridge filter I no longer needed. I emailed the return address I found on their website and got a reply in 10 minutes. I went to the local store in Waterloo. The funds for the return were in my VISA account in 5 minutes. Thanks!!

I did purchase a part online and the email I have shows the delivery would be 5 business days or less, now I got an email stating that the part will arrive after 10 business days. When i called they told because of covid, because it is shipped outside of province and none of that is stated during the purchase or the email. Terrible communication, excuse and delivery policy.. I don't recommend.

During this time when so many companies are using Covid as an excuse for poor customer service it was such a treat to deal with Reliable Parts. They shipped my item in 2 days. One of the items didn't work and when I contacted them they were quick to send me a replacement with no hassles.

Reliable Parts
I went to Reliable Parts to return a part I ordered online for my fridge because it was the wrong part and exchange for the correct one. The process was easy and got lucky that they had the part and didn't need to order it in.The staff member there was super helpful and nice and was in and out in a few minutes. I would give it 5 stars but parts are very expensive.I have bought a few parts from them over the years and never had a problem.

I placed an order over 2 months ago and I have still not received my order.Every time I call to ask for a status, I get varying answers on when it will be shipped.This shows how dysfunctional and unorganized they are.I do not recommend Reliable Parts.

Buyer beware for there shipping services..if the part you order takes days longer than its supposed to they will not help you! I called as the part I ordered has yet to show up 11 days after I placed the order, the lady I talked to says it's out of her hands ..well that's helpful!! No offer of a refund or any other help just keep waiting and not being able to use my bbq on the chance it may or may not show up..will never use this company again.

I do not advise to pay Reliable Parts money in advance, they do not answer calls and letters and do not help at all with personal contact. When I ordered all the goods were in stock in Waterloo, but after they received the money, Reliable Parts said that I had to wait 5 weeks more. I already met with the manager and he said that the products from my order are in stock, but he will not give them to me, since he must wait for confirmation from the main office and then I received an email with a proposal to wait 5 weeks ...As a result, they managed in 2 weeks from the date of order. Not bad.

I had ordered a belt for my washer online from another company. The item took several days to arrive and then the wrong size. I searched the internet and found Reliable Parts. Called and they had a couple in stock. Drove to Waterloo the next morning and was able to get the correct belt. Home and working well in 10 minutes. Thank you, wish I would have found you sooner.

Fantastic service supplying parts for our 2013 Kenmore/Bosch dishwasher. Easy to order online and pay and the price was extremely reasonable and part arrived very quickly. Pickup was super fast and friendly. Highly recommended and will use Reliable Parts again as my first choice.
