Ava is by far the best nail tech. Gentle for sensitive nails, no nicks!!!! Love her work!!

I had to ask her to make my nails the same length, I left with jagged nail tips, and polish on my cuticles. It looks like a first year collage student completed my nails. - only reason I didn’t give a 1 start is because the colour is even and smooth on top at least

Ava is very precise and always does a great job with my nails. Nice to visit a family establishment where they actually are happy you are there. Very accommodating.

Very disappointed. The man who did my nails was very rough and rushed through angrily. I had asked for shellac for my finger nails he said No Time and became very upset kept looking at the clock. Nails chipped the next day. There was no acknowledgement of the very unprofessional service I was receiving. They clearly over booked and don't care about anyone. Not very clean.

I got nails extensions from them. And the colour started coming off. When visited i was told that i got regular nail colour on my extensions. And she was so rude that I had to leave from there. Never ever going back.

I had shellac last week and it has started coming off from the tips. They are so overpriced according to the quality of service they provide.

They try to rush you out. The two employees are the once answering the phone while they are serving the clients so they get behind and the owner (Ava)continues service her client but doesn’t answer the phone. Ava is rude and so is the guy that works there. The place has cobwebs on the ceiling and the bathroom is so dirty that you won’t use it. Only one nice person working there. And that is the female employee.

first time getting my nails done at a salon today and very likely also my last due to the experience i had here today.i showed a picture of coffin nails with a brown french tip and small simple design with a few colours, they look nothing like what i asked for and not even the shape is remotely right, if my anxiety wasn’t so bad that i literally couldn’t speak up about it i would’ve walked out without paying the second the man let me pick my colour only to tell me to put the brown back when i grabbed it because he believed the shimmery maroon/ magenta-y shade he was holding better matched the picture.after picking the colours i wanted for the design (super simple literally a couple small stars on the ring and pointer fingers), he instead glued these horrible little star sequins to my nails, paid $70 for horribly done french tips with tacky sequins glued to them, took a shower close to two hours after i got home and the polish smudged super badly and a couple of the stars came off.i am so beyond disappointed and want to get them taken off but i’m leaving for vacation at 4am tomorrow so theres literally nothing i can do about it, will not be returning.
