Today was my first and last time shopping at this establishment. As soon as I walked in, I saw 3-4 employees standing at the till talking. They ignored me until I was almost out of sight and then the male employee (maybe the manager) said hello and looked me up and down after I walked back to greet the group. This should've been my first clue that I wasn't welcome. I originally went in for cat food, but I haven't been to a pet store with animals in a long time so I was excited to see the reptiles and the fish. Apparently this was not okay because I was then greeted by the disgruntled man asking why I was wandering". I explained I was there for food but just wanted to look around since I was shopping alone and had no one rushing me. He then compared me to a 10 year old child. This interaction made me feel uneasy. I am not sure if this is how they treat all customers or just people of color. It was just a very disappointing experience all around."

I have always loved the pet store. I have stopped by for years just to see the bunnies, and guinea pigs, snakes and check out the fish.I used to stop anx use my kids as an excuse to do so. Honestly it's a cheap/free fun stop for the kids and an informative stop if you are considering the right pet to get kids. Staff is always helpful and friendly and the selves are stocked with some amazing products.

I brought my girls to Mr.Pets today to get some fish and had such a great experience. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommend going here!!

Staff are knowledgeable and courteous. Good selection of Tropical fish and acquatic accessories. Not the lowest prices around, but still competitive. Like anywhere these days could use more staff for busy times, but if you're patient someone will help you.

The petstore itself had everything I needed but I feel the staff could have been more friendly. They all look bored and walk around with nothing to do. Not worth my drive from Edmonton...

Pink haired lady on the front was very rude. When we came in she didn't even greet us, always looks like she's in a bad mood. That's very bad especially when you work in a customer service based workplace. All of the people who work there are nice except for that pink haired lady who works there, she looks like she doesn't even wanna be there at all. On the positive side of things, they have what I need for my dogs, will recommend this place whenever the pink haired lady isn't working.

They take such amazing care of their animals and truly care for them. It is very apparent that they have a caring and knowledgeable staff and I can not recommend going there enough. I live over 40 min away and still will always go there over other places for most of my fish and reptile needs.

This business has an extensive range of pet supplies. I was only there for some fish but I found a great variety of livestock and accessories. Tanks seem well cared for and the Bettas were in separate filtered tanks. I recommend this business over big box businesses and I will return.

This place was okay but, they put items In the clearance" section that are still full price and refuse to honor that it's in the clearance section. They will tell you that management puts things their when it's their lasts bags of something

Little to no service. Only 3 customers in the store and 4 staff waited 30 min for help In The fish department after two pages for someone to help they served someone that just walked in knowing I had been waiting they finished and took the customer to the till and never returned to help me. Stood at the till looking right at me and never said a word. So we left the store very unhappy if you have staff not willing to work replace them!!!
