Went to have a visit with my sister while her grandkids played in the play area. The kids had a great time, and we enjoyed watching them.

This was the absolute nicest and cleanest McDonalds I’ve have ever seen! The manager was even walking around asking if the customers were “ok” and/or needed anything! I’m from the US and you don’t typically see that at McDonalds…

Ordered a couple of hot chocolate from this place but they only gave me hot water. Wasted my money and my time. This place sets new standards to disappoint you every time you visit them.

Before winter, I bought lunch there and was eating in my car. A employee sweeping the parking lot smacked the dustbin at the back of my car, he quickly ran away, while I called him over. So I went to the manager, the guy just lied straight to the manager. I asked if I could speak to the owner or someone about the damages and the manager just offered me a McDonald’s gift card.

Very discriminatory against natives and disabled children.The “non status” children are allowed to run around the play place without socks, but of course the 4yr old disabled native kid is made to cry and harassed to leave by the employee.If you talk to management they’ll act as if it’s ok and excuse this behaviour.Talked to 4 people, whom only one apologized and said it wasn’t right. The managers are used to very excuse in the book to side with the enployerMcDonald’s discriminates against disabled native children playing but not the Caucasian kids that’s arnt wearing socks.Funny how they were there longer and not a word said, but my child’s harassed and made to cry and break down in the restaurant by the employee.

Absolutely love this place to grab a coffee and just sit in the parking lot to watch traffic. It's a great way to relax before work or during lunch.

The most dicussting meal ever today March 13 2023..Got the totally order screwed up. went in to get it fixed still totally disaster. never will we order again Supper ruined not too mentions out $40.00

Awesome atmosphere for the kids to have their favourite meals and have fun super fun playing in the indoor playground. Great staff and wonderful service as well. Highly recommended.

The worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had in my life. My partner and I came in around 3am as we were hungry and visiting ThunderBay for the first time. The sign said “open dining room” so we opened the door and went in to order. We placed and paid for our order at a kiosk and then waited.. and waited.. and waited.. (for a total of 20mins)The restaurant appeared to be quite disheveled and dirty. Finally, after shouting hello multiple times.. an employee quite rudely told us that they were closed and could not complete our order. I then started to feel very uncomfortable as I had already paid for my order, had been waiting, and was being treated like I was doing something wrong.. so I began to record a video.. (happy to share it with corporate or management) a group of workers ended up accusing us of trespassing and saying that we should not be in the restaurant or recording… WHY was the door open and Why did the sign say dining room open??? Very misleading. The supervisor or manager on duty ended up giving me a cash refund and we left.. completely unsatisfied. We should have been spoken to with more respect instead of being accused of trespassing. This left a very sour taste in my mouth. We will never be returning to this particular location in ThunderBay.

I had my 4 kids with me. I was told to wait at least 30 minutes to order because of the power outage that evening. Five minutes later, a Caucasian man with his kid walks in, and he gets served right away. Also, during the power outage, the staff gave some free food away to Caucasian families, but my family was ignored. I thought I was just paranoid, but after the guy that came in with his kid, I wasn't . I immediately walked out. It was disgusting to be treated differently because of my skin color. I won't be stepping into this McDonald's place again unless it's under new management. I'll be reporting it to their head office as well!!This is the McDonald's on Memorial.
