Nice hall,good service, although it would be nice to see serving staff in uniforms rather than random t-shirts and jeans during a wedding reception

Very nice hall, I would definitely say it is one of the better halls in the city.

No pictures to share for this location because we had so much fun. The royal palace is a large banquet hall that is rather unassuming on the outside, but on the inside, there is a great deal of space to accommodate 300 people or more, as well as a dance floor for post speech, celebration, and expression of interpretive dance. The grand stairwell is there with a dual petitioned balcony, so that persons of notes can make a grande appearance (graduation parties, wedding parties). There is more than enough space for conferences as well. The serving staff during the catering gave Marriott level five star service, taking away plates and clearing dishes as soon as they saw that they were done. As my second time there, I see a consistency of quality. Five stars well earned.

Food quality and selection was sub-par at best. Main hall was pretty nice. Bathrooms were completely disgusting dirty and so gross. Will never go there again.

Overall ok, food good, staff nice , bar good , no help lowering sound from other side, undergoing renovations so all amenities not available, some bathroom doors not working. I feel our questions to issues were ignored.

Had my friend's debut party there and its very nice, the food was amazing and the DJ was eh. I docked stars for poor communication. My friend that time talked to them to borrow the place for couple hours for cotillion practice, and we were left outside the cold for atleast ~20-30 mins before getting in. Nobody knew from the staff inside working that we were coming.

Terrible experience. The waitress had her bare-hands in the food, there was also a wedding reception in their next hall which all that noise was clearly heard in our wedding reception, they need to have sound proof walls or something. The chairs were hella flimsy.If it helps, most of the workers who I encountered were friendly.Food tasted good but it was cold.Washroom’s door in the back rooms has a malfunctioning lock and despite believing the door was closed, someone walked in on me in the washroom.

Good place to celebrate a wedding or birthday party. The food and embellishment was also good.
