This company has been calling my house 3-5 times a day for someone who doesn’t even exist. Pro tip. If someone doesn’t pick up your spam calls for over a year then STOP CALLING. Get a real human being on the phone. Not some robotic message! I can’t even talk to them to fix the problem!! Got a new phone so I can BLOCK THEM. Good riddance!

This outfit got my number by mistake and relentlessly kept calling and kept calling them back and kept getting ruder to them. It’s still escalating

Is this company legitimate? Here advice for anyone who wants revenge, post kijiji and marketplace ads and in the ad say text only and leave these scam phone numbers for contact.

They straight up lie and pretend to be from the justice department. They say hello I'm fro. The justice department looking g for so and so. Total fraud. They don't work o behalf of the justice department they are employed by cbv. Cbv has bought the debt. And now what to collect. That's why they put an extra 100 dollars on a default conviction so that cbv can make some money. This place is just a glorified mercenary group employed by the government. They take money from people who can afford the ticket. Vuz rich people would just pay. Poor people are the only one that really learn" their lesson. They also don't use their reply name when they call they caller ID isn't accurate to who they are. Adrienne Bouchard langois. Is it possible to report this company to the police? They keep on calling my home phone even if I told them that i'm not the person they are looking for and doesn't own by a last name Mr. Sinclair. I spoke and mentioned to their customer service support to remove my home phone number to their list but everyday they are still calling me and leave a message. One time, i answered the phone call but the person on the other line was just listening and not saying anything.I think this is a form of harassment as to always calling them my home phone. Isn't it?

Ok made a double payment, because I was told by cbv paying online was faster that wasn't true. So I went in person paid what I owed and got my papers. After that I couldn't cancel the online payment. So all my fault, I made a double payment.Would have ok if they told me to go pay in person and that was the fastest way.One star only.they could have just be out right honest and told me to go pay in person.

I agree with most of the posts here. Yes they have a tough job trying to collect from people that don't want to pay, but to call me at 6 am and threaten my wife, and then ask to talk to me and threaten me on the very first call about an issue is insane. These people should be dealt with in the same way they treat other people. They are rude and aggressive right from the start even before they tell you about an issue. I called the police and they have informed me NOT to give out my personal info when called by anyone, and so I don't. CBV really doesn't like this, but they are acting illegally, and so I don't tolerate it. I have informed them to call my lawyer next time and that if they call me directly CBV will be sued for miss representation and harassment. I've been informed by my lawyer that they have to call during regular business hours, so that is after 8am and when they call earlier, I have a law suit that will stand. In the end, it turns out they were wrong and shouldn't have called me at all. I am really pissed off right about now.

Bunch of useless people who will harass you all hours of the day for an overdue payment. Then refuses to accept payment twice due to being understaffed in the billing department early morning May 12th

10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1. This is how the automated dialing system phone call with them began. I hung up before a bomb went off! What a horrible introduction to trying to collect money for our MB Justice system. I missed a speeding ticket payment, my bad. I paid it. But I wish I didn't have to pay it to an outfit like this. Hopefully MB Justice can get some better services to represent them. I'm not angry...just disappointed.
