Ken and his TEAM of installers lead by Corrado were on time. They finished the work while we were away and did an amazing job on the installation of our mini split heating /cooling unit.

Ugh UPDATING because after a few days there was a very minor issue when the new unit froze up in super hot weather and Troy was at our house within 6 hours and fixed it and now it works perfectly and I dont feel like a swamp monster. 7/5 stars. Starting with my initial inquiry and the friendly way both Ken and Troy answered my questions, to the quick scheduling, and the professional, friendly, and tidy crew that came to do the work, I can’t say enough. We didn’t know the extent of the venting issue we had, and the team was helpful in their explanation, assessment of the issue and repair!
