Maple Ridge Towing

I’ll start with the words disorganized and unprofessional. First they told me 45 minute wait at 6:15 pm, then at 7:30 when they were almost double their eta and I had to call they told me they lost my dispatch. So instead of putting me ahead like a respectable company would do they told me another hour. After that I called again, on hold for another 20 mins they tell me 5-10 mins so I go to meet them. After 20 mins they told me another 30 mins. I’m now coming up to 4 hours of wait time and I’m absolutely LIVID. These guys are the most unprofessional disorganized towing company I’ve ever dealt with. Please avoid using them at all costs because they shouldn’t be in business treating people like this.Edit: Unfortunately I have to go with these guys again because my road side contracts to them.To the owner of Maple ridge towing : I would love to have a chat with you, I’m getting the same run around AGAIN. I waited an hour on a 45 min eta and guess what? I am now going onto about a 3 hour wait. I could also tell you another story about my brother in law that was left stranded for 4 hours at 240th. After that he had to walk an hour and a half in the rain to the nearest gas station along side a dark road with no side walk. You guys have not changed at all, I wish I didn’t have to use this company I am so disappointed. I left my email address with your office, I look forward to hearing from you.

Your driver was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He made a bad situation better. (white van, pet smart, maple ridge, Nov 14) He assisted me with a little trouble shooting after the tow and before my brother got to me to do further troubleshooting. He went above and beyond. Thank you!!!!

Towed my car after it ghosted me and they made it easy to access my belongings.

Called to get service as visitors truck locked the keys inside. They quoted $88.70 and then billed for $132.25. No one mentioned the total bill until it was charged on the card. When we called and asked they apologized for not saying there were added charges and said there was nothing they could do. There are 2 charges showing on the card. We’re waiting to see what gets actually posted. The people that got the service didn’t have their wallet as it was in the vehicle and they gave $89 as that was what was quoted and the person whose card was charged is out $43.No one notified or explained to the persons on site, or on the phone about the final bill.They should have refunded the difference.

Doug was one of many hero’s that came to my assistance yesterday when my Durango decided to quit on me in the middle of a shopping mall parking lot. His arrival was swift, as was his response in getting the car onto the back of the trailer. Not only was Doug polite and respectful but his knowledge and skill set were outstanding. Thank you so much for your services Maple Ridge towing, we would be getting nowhere fast without you.

Maple Ridge Towing wouldn't send any Tow Trucks out for an easy pull out job with a wire!! The roads were in fairly good condition too! My Van was stuck in gravel. Another Tow Truck company 3-Kings Towing sent out a Truck within 15-20 minutes after contacting them by phone! This guy that came out was completely awesome and it took him like 10 minutes! BCAA was a 10-hour wait time!

- I would suggest a different tow company if possible-the information over the phone is all jumbled and after 9 days of my vehicle being there and they charged be for 18 days.. I luckily noticed and gave them a call, after they figured it out and are in the process of refunding me. I'm unsure if this was a mistake or something shady. but even before picking up my vehicle while on the phone with them all the information was all told different first i was told it was a $55 after hour service charge by 2 people and when i go to pick it up today it is a $75 service charge this place is very unclear on what they are saying over the phone. it would be nice for all the information to be clear and not have all mixed information.

BUYER BEWARENever use this towing company. They were responsible for towing and storing my vehicle and when I got it back there was a noticeable scratch on the driver door. The clear coat is missing and there is paint from another vehicle on the door.If you care about your vehicle stay far away from this company.I contacted the regional manager to have this resolved and was given poor options, he would not provide the before photos the driver takes when picking up the vehicle. Overall just a very shady and upsetting experience.I actually had to call over multiple days to get a hold of the guy after he did not respond to my email.If I could give lower than a 1 star review I would.

I’ve had one bad experience here and one okay one. The first experience was when they towed my vehicle after I was in an accident. It was clear that my vehicle was not treated with care. For example, my front licence plate was still secured to my vehicle after the accident, but it went missing somehow between the time they towed it to the time I visited my truck at the storage lot. Their storage lot is very cramped and there were marks on the sides of my vehicle that were not from the accident.My second experience with them was only made “okay” because of the driver who met us at the lot to help us retrieve our truck. I had called ahead of time in order to arrange a time to pickup the truck. I waited 45 minutes after my arranged pickup time in the hot sun waiting for someone to show up. When I phoned them about the no-show, I was told that there had been some emergency that the driver had to attend to and he would be there shortly. But he never ended up showing up. Another driver showed up to attend to something else and found us there. He took care of us even though he wasn’t asked to do so and had never performed a pickup before. He was very sociable and easy to deal with. The admin staff had told me that I would be charged $910 total for storage fees (1 month), but later I noted on my Visa bill that I was charged cents under $1000. And it wasn’t $910 plus taxes, it was a higher amount plus taxes. I called to get the receipt emailed with the breakdown. The driver told me that he was glad to see my truck go because it made it easier for him to maneuver his big truck in the yard with it gone. Again, this is further proof that their storage lot is too crowded.I wouldn’t recommend anyone using this company. I hear that Maple Towing (no “Ridge” in the name) is better.
