I can’t rate them on their emergency services, and I hope I never do, but their website isn’t the best when it comes to processing payments because they charged my card four times! I called them and, despite pressing 2 for English, I talked to a woman who only spoke French. She seemed nice enough, but I don’t speak French. Fortunately there was a guy there who spoke English and advised me that my bank account would be refunded, which took 4 business days.

Comme un des commentaires decris plus haut le processus d'embauche au niveau des ressources humaines a besoin d'être revu. On me passe une entrevue téléphonique. On prend RDV pour une seconde.......et plus rien ..pas très professionnel!

The company seems to be in an internal turmoil from the management perspective which puts human resources between a rock and a hard place. There is no doubt that the Medical Services are high grade. But if they do not settle their internal issues they will probably end up being a flash in the pan which would be unfortunate for a company that invests so much in their overhaul image and appearance. If you go for an interview don't be afraid ask the tough questions. Their seems to be quite a bit of turn around with employee's within the organization.
