Dr. Shauna Palmer - Dentist West Kelowna

It is not very often one can say they enjoyed their experience at the Dentist!! But Dr Palmer has to be one of the most patient and gentle down to earth Dentists I have ever met. Both her and her Staff are very safety conscious, and explain all areas of the procedures they are going to complete that day. Dr. Palmer and all her staff believe in treating their patients the way they would expect to be treated ... with respect and kindness. I would highly recommend Dr. Shauna Palmer to anyone.

Easily the best experience I have had at a dental clinic. From start to finish, the entire team works their hardest to make the entire process as comforting and informative as possible. As someone who has a high level of anxiety going to the dentist, I was so very impressed with the holistic approach they take, in order to understand your overall health history and address any concerns you may have. I would highly recommend Dr. Palmer and team to anyone and everyone.

I have never in my life been so impressed with a dentist's office. I chose this practice when I moved here because it spoke to being holistic, and holistic it is. The intake examination was utterly thorough beyond my expectations; Dr. Palmer is so kind and knowledgeable, and she spent a great deal of time with explanations. This goes beyond a dental exam, this is a holistic health exam. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and diligent. I'm very grateful to have found this office!

I wrote the post below a few years ago when I started going to Dr. Palmer. And my review remains just as valid as ever. They helped me through a difficult period of dealing with a rejected implant and replacing it with a bridge. I really appreciated the care they showed.To be honest, I have never liked going to the dentist. But if you must go to the dentist, Dr. Palmer's office is the place to go. They have a fantastic team of warm, caring, and friendly individuals. And Dr. Palmer and her staff clearly care about their patients. I never felt like I was out of sight out of mind and they are always happy to see you back.

Dr. Palmer is very thorough and detailed. I generally tend to avoid going to the dentists because of not so positive past experiences. However, I have been very impressed with the holistic approach and the level of care by Dr. Palmer and her staff! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who generally doesn't like going to the dentist. You will be pleasantly surprised!

Dr. Shauna Palmer is amazing! She is topnotch! Hardworking, hardworking!, skillful, efficient, down to earth, but very professional; excellent observational skills. She doesn't try to push dental services on you that you may not want just because she can make a dollar. Her staff, Carrie Anne and Ali are also very knowledgeable and experienced. Wow!

I have been a patient of Dr. Palmers for over 7 years. I've had a lot of dental work done and I've always left feeling satisfied and pain free. The staff there are friendly and make you feel comfortable. I lived in Vancouver for 6 years and always came back to Kelowna to have my dental work done. Highly recommended if you want an honest dentist!

After researching geographically desirable" dentists

Dr. Palmer fixed a filling that another dentist had not finished well so I was feeling a bit of discomfort. She took her time to fix it properly. I really appreciated her taking the time to explain what she was doing and what was going on with my teeth. Her receptionist also called me before my appointment to let me know that Dr. Palmer was running late so it gave me time to do some errands. I thought that was so considerate of my time! I'm so glad that she is a biological dentist too!
